Achieve Balance has a very warm and inviting environment, the staff is friendly, the office is colorful, they have a dog named Olaf who is very cute and very quiet. I first came to achieve balance because I was seeking a change in the energy flow in my body, when I sat in meditation I could tell all the years of lurching forward mindlessly really took a toll on my body. I had been afraid of the chiropractor because of some horror stories I had heard, but decided to give Achieve Balance a try upon recommendation from a coworker. After having my consultation with Dr. Phelps I immediately felt at home and safe allowing her to adjust my spine. Dr. Phelps was very intrigued that my main reason of seeking adjustment was to have my energy flow through my body and as a person who walks a spiritual path that meant the world to me. A friend suggested I go to see Dr. Phelps for some pain management issues, not knowing I had a skeptical view of chiropractic care. What a surprise!
