Looks more like a cross fit gym than a PT facility. This is a family run PT office which also adds to the experience. Eric is a wonderful therapist who truly is interested in seeing you recover. This is not a place where you do the same canned exercises where you walk in and you start on your own doing same exercises. Each visit is different which is so important to me. They have been instrumental in getting me back on my feet after a complex fracture and dislocation. So happy I came here. Highly recommend

He did a thorough exam and diagnosed me with hypermobile joints super quickly, then asked me questions about other aspects of my health that I didn't even realize were connected until I looked up HSD later. His staff have always been very kind and supportive to me, and it really makes a difference knowing exactly what's wrong so that I can have the right treatment. Also, side note, I think it's WILD that people rate the doctor based on the attitudes of his receptionists. It's not like he's instructing them to be rude - that would be crazy - and he can't micromanage every interaction. Get a grip.

She tried to make sure that we would have as much QUALITY time with her as possible, and I really appreciated that. Let's face it - she's an oncologist, so the outcome isn't going to be good a lot of the time. But Dr. Lemke's bedside manner really did make us feel confident that our mom was receiving great care, regardless of what the outcome was clearly going to be. There is one woman in her front office (unfortunately she answers the phone) who is very uncaring sounding, and I that stinks when you're family member is dying. However, I appreciated that the doctor visited my mom while she was in the hospital in Syracuse, and travels to Oneida once or twice a week so that her patients in this more rural area don't have to go all the way to Syracuse for chemotherapy.
