He's not only able to express himself verbally but artistically. Even encouraging him to simply be a content and comfortable person in his own skin for me is so important. We are put at ease to know that he has felt so at home to be able to take his shoes off as he loves to do when he's at home or in the home of a relative. We're indebted to the owners, Harsh & Mona, for hiring such loving and lovely staff as they have cared to do. They truly seem to have ensured that their team as well the children are continuously supported so as not to have any of the teachers burned out. It is difficult some days to get my son awake early and out of bed, but when I mention that we're going to school, he jumps and is excited to get ready. This motivation/desire he has to be there is a testament to how much he loves the place-- that he will even look past his tiredness to help us get him to where he enjoys being... My son can't stop mentioning Ms. Joan, Ms. 'Saundra' and Ms. Tania at home. He imitates the phrases he hears them say becauwe they have made an impression on him in the quality of care "oh, yes" (Ms. Joan) they exuded and the passion they have for what they do "take a shot" (Ms. Tania) as well as the dedication they have had to helping him become fully potty-trained "chocolate, mommy?!" as a reward to acknowledge his successes (Ms. Cassaundra). I'm so grateful to the always gracious owners as well as their director , Samantha who are willing to go out of their way; even the support staff, like Maricela, like Sara who share their love of music with him and countless others whose names I don't even know, who have been so kind to my son when they didn't need to be.

The facility is spotless as long as kids are not destroying the place! LOL! They have cameras in every classroom so you can see what is happening all day. It is a service through WatchMeGrow. Everything there is brand new, from the toys to the cabinets and cribs. Staff is beyond friendly! Jessica mans the front desk and is always friendly even in the wee hours of 6:30AM haha! Ashley is the director of the place. She is also super friendly! My kid is in the 1 year plus room, and the teacher there, Esmeralda, is wonderful! They do a great job of interacting with the kids all day long. The kids come home exhausted!!!!!!! The kids run around destroying it all, and the teachers run behind cleaning up what they can. They feed them breakfast around 9am, then lunch at 12, and a snack in the later afternoon, but you can pack more in their bags and if the teacher sees them hangry, they will give them the snack. They change their diapers every 2 hours no matter what, and more often if they get a whiff haha! The teachers really care. The teachers do as many activities with them as possible, from coloring to painting, and even going outside on their enclosed playground. All in all, if you need a place to watch your kid, this place is stellar! From super attentive staff to super clean facilities, this place is the best. You should rest assured that your kid is in good hands here.

Special thanks and regards to one of the best teachers we have come across for our kid - Ms.Dorothea - simply amazing the amount of details she knows about the kids and their learning behaviors/patterns. Ms. Becca, Ms. Dawn, Ms. Nicki are all very professional, kind, loving, caring towards the children! I witnessed it myself every morning I dropped off my baby and she was so excited and happy to go! I very rarely write reviews but when I recommended this daycare to a family member she was very concerned! I'm here to tell you that Little Learners is by far the best daycare I've ever dealt with. They would communicate with me via Google voice, when my baby was out sick and she missed her teacher she would FaceTime her to see how she was doing. If there ever was a time when Zoe had a tantrum or was upset Ms. Becca would handle it in the most caring way I know because my daughter would tell me. "Becca hugs me, I love her, she's the best" these are the words of my 2 year old. My daughter is now 4 years old and in a different school altogether and she still mentions Ms. Becca!!! People really need to take a step back and analyze how they leave reviews. It's very damaging to a business. I haven't had any communication with the school since august 2022!! My experience was Excellent and I do recommend this business to all parents who want good quality caring loving teachers to care and help raise your children!!! Ms. Dawn, Ms. Nicki, Ms. Becca we LOVE YOU THE LOPEZ FAM!!

Do better Little Learners!…read more Parents beware!!! (They talk about the parents like dogs....the therapists and interventionists hear it all) Ask other daycares what they hear about Little Learners... You'll find that the reviews left on Yelp in the past months are no lie. Parents and their children are leaving Little Learners in droves, going elsewhere, only to inform the new place of how terrible Little Learners is. Parents, choose wisely who you let care for your child/children! The director is rude! You dont get updates about your child and how their day went. You never know what they're learning. You may not feel comfortable approaching the director as she's not the best with interacting with the parents. I left many mornings feeling like I wasn't making the best choice of childcare for my son. (Crying) My son was bit, I didn't find out until days later. My son said a teacher hit him, so we removed him. (The school NEVER reached out to me nor his father to explain or defuse the situation) I left a very detailed message on Yelp when i took him out, and guess what, IT GOT DELETED!!! ( why delete parents' comments when they are giving their opinion on your facility...says a lot). They are trying to scare my son's father with threats because he left a comment. (UNPROFESSIONAL...what do u have to hide?). There were a few instances where my son's artwork wasn't displayed amongst his peers. He questioned it, and so did I. His birthday wasn't added to their monthly calendar in January 2023. The way my baby was overlooked was saddening. When addressed, it was met with "oh, he's not up there?!!!" My son was reading at 2! They weren't impressed and acted as if it weren't a big deal for a two-year old to be reading full books. They dismissed me and my child's reading/comprehension abilities as if they weren't even aware of it. (What good does that do for his growth/progression...and I know it's a big deal, because his FIRST day at his new school, the teachers/staff address his ability to read with excitement) There is no camera access for the parents...no pics..no updates. They allegedly have cameras that you as a parent will never see. When my son was bit ( they could have accessed the cameras to see what all transpired). I was told, " we don't know what happened" yet they have cameras. I guess the cameras are only meant when parents make accusations and you want to scare them...but watching the cameras was never an option for me when my child was bit...OK. Trust your instincts with this place. BEWARE OF LEAVING MESSAGES. THEY WILL TRY TO SUE YOU!!!! (Or they might even reply to your message with information that absolutely violates HIPPA laws)

Communication with ownership was often difficult and, at times, felt defensive or dismissive. As a…read moreparent, feeling heard and supported is important, especially when entrusting someone with your child. Attempts to meet in person to discuss my child's transition out of the daycare (with two months' notice given which I have copies of via email) were declined, and communication became passive-aggressive over email. While concerns I raised were ultimately addressed, the interactions left me feeling uncomfortable rather than reassured. My son came home with other children's' diapers and clothes on many occasions. There was so much disorganization. The owner monitors the comments of parents on private Facebook groups and is retaliatory towards them when they post anything critical. You will see this on their responses to critical reviews online as well. She sent out weekly emails reprimanding all parents for the actions of a few. I paid for an extra hour of care each day and came on time, often earlier than I needed to, but I still received these emails reprimanding everyone in the class. There was noticeable staff turnover, including two directors within one year. One departing director communicated to parents via email that the work environment was challenging, which understandably raised concerns among families. Some teachers appeared inexperienced and were frequently on their phones during pickup times, often requiring me to get their attention. While the teachers were kind to my child and did a good job teaching him, this was concerning. Information shared in the app was occasionally inaccurate (for example, meals reported as fully eaten when food was returned mostly untouched). The daycare itself is very small and lacks enough of a large open play space which is concerning, especially in the winter time. Parents were not allowed to enter classrooms to drop off or pick up their children. A friend of mine in town shared with me that her twin girls were coming home with bite marks on them and the owner denied that anyone was biting them and refused to allow them to look at the camera to see what happened. The communication style and leadership environment significantly impacted our comfort level as parents and ultimately led to our decision to leave. I am sharing this review to provide honest, respectful feedback based on our experience. I have noticed that some critical reviews appear to have been removed in the past. My intention is not to discourage others, but to offer transparency and encourage continued improvement.

My son is so happy and social, and I give a lot of the credit to the staff and the curriculum. He is always excited to walk into the classroom, and when I pick him up at the end of the day, he doesn't want to leave. He is a little over 2 years of age and is thriving more than I could have hoped for. The classrooms are clean, the teachers are incredibly sweet and nurturing, and I never feel out-of-the-loop. I receive constant updates and pictures of my son throughout the day via Facebook, and it's clear that the staff puts a lot of love and detail into what they do. As a working Mom, I never feel worried about his care because I have absolute trust in those looking after him.
