He opened and closed windows and doors, crawled in the attic, turned on lights, got on the roof, and checked the heating/cooling, plumbing, electrical, and even let us know things that another inspector was supposed to check for. He told us to get a 4pt inspection to provide the insurance company and even told us that a wind mitigation study would save us money on our insurance. He found lots of issues, but he also told us how to deal with them in a way that would be budget friendly, like under $10. Helpful, courteous, on-time, and even knew about radon. I would hire him again.

Years later, we contacted Bobby to complete a wind mitigation inspection. Again he immediately responded, scheduled a date, and provided a thorough report (with pictures) shortly after the inspection.
