He told us to get a 4pt inspection to provide the insurance company and even told us that a wind mitigation study would save us money on our insurance. He found lots of issues, but he also told us how to deal with them in a way that would be budget friendly, like under $10. Helpful, courteous, on-time, and even knew about radon. I had to hire another inspector! James really screwed us And caused a domino effect of problems with the buying process. Had to get seller to extend inspection period, which required a bunch of rigmarole etc etc. When I spoke to James, he gave 0 years left on roof but the 2nd inspector said the shingles were only halfway through its life and most of the granules were intact. I dont understand this flake! I cancelled his check in time, so he never got paid but why wouldnt this guy just give me the report!? Very strange! You might want to go with someone else.
