We bought a sofa from this company in February 2023 and the sofa is defective. One of the arms of…read morethe sofa is sunken in and has nothing but cardboard in it. We also have a 2 year warranty on this sofa. Saxon-Clark picked up the sofa and kept it for over 3 months, then claimed that the manufacturer had fixed it. They had their delivery people bring the same sofa back to our house and it had not been fixed at all - they even stapled a new tag on this same defective sofa. The delivery guys also know it is the same sofa and they took it back with them. Ann at Saxon agreed it is the same sofa, but they will nut refund our money. After many more emails and phone calls, Ann has refused to return our money. We are out a sofa and over $2000 to this company. We are elderly and don't know what else to do. I guess this is par for the course in Florida.

It can be frustrating, and took some coordinating and good communication, to furnish our condo from afar. When a few items were delayed, Debra even loaned us a king bed and sofa to ensure our comfort when we arrived. This gave us the chance to meet some of the Crate crew, who worked all day to unpack furniture, finish carpentry punch list, and hang two pendants. The electrician and carpenters were kind, caring, and consummate professionals. We are really happy and grateful for the Crate Interiors team!
