We have used these folks for 3 sales over the last 4 years. We could have used them once more,…read morerecently, but the location and timing and general logistics just weren't going to work out. Dee and crew are always respectful of the situation and very professional. During set up and all, everyone is respectful of the stuff as if it's their own. They work efficiently and setting up is always amazing to watch, especially in time lapse. They find buyers for all kinds of things and have a following so that even if the sale is relatively small, there is usually a good crowd. I've always been amazed at how they can sell the most obscure stuff or mundane. When they say "Throw nothing out", they mean it. People indeed do buy half used bottles of cleaners. While big ticket items sell for good prices, the little stuff adds up really fast and you'll pull a few hundred dollars out of what most would consider trash. They keep a good flow of customers and make great use of available space. At some point, we will have to address liquidation and estate sales in the future, we will absolutely be giving Dee and her crew first crack at it all. Professional, friendly, efficient, effective.

These people are scammers. They claimed to be selling a designer purse priced at almost $200 when…read morethe other "non designer" bags where priced at $12. I realized it was a fake the moment I looked up the fake Chinese serial number. The right thing would have been just giving me back my money, but the rude lady and her underage daughter working the register said "no refunds". Even after contacting the police department she would not budge. So sketchy. I should have known better especially when they only accept cash. Do NOT believe what these people say and definitely do NOT use them for any of your garage sale needs. You will get into lots of legal trouble.

My wife and I frequent the local Orlando area estate sales and have for the past two years. I would…read moreplace CeCe's at the bottom of the barrel in terms of estate sale companies. Prices are set at or above Ebay prices. I guess the assumption is that everyone is a reseller. This is unfortunate as many are just looking for a vintage item or two. Check for items that have different colored price tags as they are items from past estate sales. Although it is common with most companies, it seems that CeCe's has a great number of items as such. Why? It will be painfully obvious when you see the exorbitant prices. Even her employees know this. I met a lady at another estate sale who was a prior employee working for a new company. It makes one wonder why she jumped ship. Skip these sales and visit some of the other companies. You'll be happy you did.

Hey, look! You can review estate sale agents on Yelp. Who knew?…read more I'm a pretty avid estate sale goer, I love the hunt, the early mornings, the fun stuff you find. I've feel like I've seen it all - dirty stuff, gross houses, crazy deals, nothing really bothers me. Except the people who run Cece's Closet. When I'm looking through estate sale listings, and I see one's run by Cece, I shake my head, and just keep scrolling by. They do a good job staging the house for the sale, but they price things ridiculously, torn hats for $30, dirty cups for $6. That by itself wouldn't be so bad - everyone's gotta make a buck - but the lady who runs the sales (Cece, natch.) is so incredibly rude, it's insulting. Bargaining is part of going to an estate sale, pawing through peoples old junk, and finding a deal. If you buy a bunch of stuff, the sellers usually cut you a break! Not Cece. If you dare to suggest a deal or discount for buying a lot of stuff, or because the item is broken/dirty, she gets downright aggressive and insulting. I listened to her call one woman a cheater for suggesting a dirty pair of gloves could be sold for $2 instead of $4. She then practically threw the gloves at the lady after she bought them. This isn't Macys, lady! The last time I was there (last time ever, seriously) I watched her check out two middle eastern looking guys. They didn't say practically anything, just paid and left, but after they were gone, Cece looked around and started talking to one of her employees: "Was it just me, or were those guys really creepy?" Wtf lady? How is this woman still getting business?! There are quite a few estate sale companies in Central Florida, and I'm quite confident saying that Cece's Closet is the worst of the bunch. Do yourself a favor and skip her sales. Everything's too expensive to buy anyway.
