A lovely person from Symes called to inform me of the error (it hadn't showed up on my end yet), and accepted a new order for same-day delivery, even though it was after 12:00 noon; the delivery cut off. My mom reported the arrangement of white carnations, her favorite flower, contained the biggest blooms she had ever seen! Thank you Symes!
