I specially chose Cowgill Flowers because they have same day delivery and beautiful bouquets. Though I may never see the flowers, I'm picky about what a bouquet should look like for a friend or family member. Their bouquets were exactly what I was looking for. I worked directly with Cathy Cowgill in selecting a floral arrangement (casa blanca lillies) for the family and she was helpful in working within our corporate budget. They even made a trip to a wholesale floral distributor to ensure the selection chosen as it was not in stock in their store. My best friend used this florist for her wedding flowers and I thought they did a really nice job. Since they are very convenient to where I live, I have used them twice since then. The other time I went in and bought a pre-made bouquet. I thought it was nice. For Mother's Day this year, I decided to call ahead and ask them to make a bouquet for my mother. I gave them the color I wanted and the price range. When I went to pick it up, it looked comparable to something you would purchase at Walmart. And it was $20 less than what I requested. I guess the upside is that they didn't charge me too much for it, but I still think it was worth less than what I paid. I am giving them two stars because the previous work they have done was good. But I am so disappointed from my last experience, that I don't think I will ever use them again. read more

I visited Cathy Cowgill Flower shop and specifically picked out the rose arrangement that I wanted delivered for Valentine's day. The roses were delivered on time, however they were not what I asked for and paid for. I contacted the store and they apologized for the designers mistake. I was then offered a few roses and with the correct baby's breath that should have been with my $109 order to be delivered the next day. Unfortunately this was a little too late, since the wrong arrangement had already been delivered. It is kind of hard to change that element of surprise after the fact. Then to add to my disappointment, the roses only lived for 4 days, even after following the instructions provided. I will NEVER order from this place again. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister. Instead the driver Gave them to a women he knew that lived close to my parents house and knew them because apparently nobody was home at the time. So instead of calling me and asking me what I wanted to do, the customer. He made the decision and gave them to this women and left a note on the door. It's the point that I ordered these very EXPENSIVE flowers And should have been given the respect to know where this order was going.
