TOTAL SCAM. do not fall for this…read more they have a deal with the tow truck company, they get your information and call right after a bad accident when you are still shaken up. they tell you they are with your insurance company and they need you to sign a release to go get your car. they they hold your car for weeks to get the lot charge (over $100 / night) and charge thousanda of dollars in "administrative fees". this was a terrible experience in an already stressful time, my insurance agent said she'd never worked with a body shop so bad. please don't fall for this!
