The prices seemed expensive, but when I compared them to everyone else (not a lot of people were willing to work on old tubes for fear of mercury used in the old neon) they were competitive, I guess it's just fairly expensive to work on these. Jesse even picked up the tubes from my grandfather's house (since I didn't have a truck to transport them). From what I understand there in a bit of disarray since they're merging with another company, but my experience was all good.

One of the routes did not receive my card. When I called to let Jerry know what happened, he sent an email 3 days later to the Carmel Mnt. Post Office. I had to call him to remind him to look into it. Now he is telling me that there is nothing that can be done about the fact I paid him to pay the USPS for an EDDM delivery that did not occur. He says it's too small amount of money for the USPS to care. I don't want the refund, I want my card delivered! I paid him and I paid him to pay the USPS. Sadly, Kirkland Printing is not there for you when something goes wrong. I'll figure something out myself with the USPS. Moving on from this company...and you should too!
