Hate to leave bad reviews for businesses but sometimes it's necessary. Ordered a batch of custom bandanas for an event that were never delivered. Immediately flagged the issue to both the carrier and Planet Apparel and expressed my desire to have a reprint shipped ASAP. Was not dealt with promptly, and then was asked to pay an additional $300 for a $600 order I never received + a rush charge if I wanted them for my event. Absolutely horrible customer service. Now I'm out $600 with nothing to show for it, and they're still asking me to pay more 'to resolve the issue.' Be forewarned! read more

I don't even know where to start with my review for Planet Apparel because they were so amazing! I worked directly with Sharra on getting bandanas made for a work event that was going to host over 200 people, and she was so alert, helpful, and timely with all my questions or changes that needed to be made. The patience she had with me was outstanding, and she even personally called me to discuss the design. About a month out from our event, my team and I caught something that needed to be changed ASAP on the bandanas, and while freaking out- Sharra reassured me that we can get it fixed and they would still be ready in time. That promise was delivered on and when I got to see the final product when they got shipped, they were immediately breathtaking and my team was in awe of the quality, and the beauty of how our design turned out. They are such a hit that with the extras we have, I've been sharing them with coworkers outside of my team because of how perfect they turned out. I gotta say im not happy as a consumer with this company. Quite honestly a hassle more than anything and an expensive one at that. At first I was shopping for a company not based solely on price but also quality and thought when I picked up my product I'd get just that especially after 2.5 weeks of waiting. I mean they're printing apparel not making microchips or building houses :/ Anyways when I received my product half the shirts logos were off center and looked rushed, I mean spending $560.00 for 12 shirts is steep enough but then to get a half assed product is straight disappointing. So after going through the "proof" process and speaking to their management and somehow every time I gotta speak with someone they're "sick" I mean this whole company needs some friggin vitamin C. I showed up at their office with the shirts that were printed poor quality and they assured me they would correct the mistake and get them back to me now I guess they must've missed counted because Im still missing one shirt and one of their team members told me he could put it on my next order now I don't want to do an order right now 12 shirts is plenty it's just for a small fence business and now that I need that one shirt they said it's "too expensive" for them to print only one BUT DUDE ITS YOUR GUYS MISTAKE! like my time and my energy weren't expensive I mean I'm not sitting at a desk somewhere getting a salary or a paycheck I'm a business owner. I was incredibly disappointed with the service I will never recommend them to anyone else. Instead I will be going to T-shirt mart on balboa who does the exact same thing for almost half the amount of money. This place is overrated overly expensive and lacks professional integrity. Now I'm stuck in limbo waiting for the refund on that one shirt that I don't know when the hell I'm gonna get my money back I mean there one location can't be that difficult to refund $56? The owner told me that she would do everything she could to have my business and thus not only gave me professional advice and found the absolute best deal on shirts for me, but they had it done by that Friday. We needed shirts for our company dodgeball competition. We had about a week to design and get the shirt done. So we gave them the design on Monday and called Jacque to confirm. The problem was that we had a face photo-shopped included in the design. So Jacque talked to their art team and able to pull through to minimize the cost as more colors = more $$. I was quite impressed. Jacque and Holly are responsive to emails as well. The T-shirt was done by Friday and it turned out awesome. The photo-shopped face caricature that the art team created was really good. Overall: I would definitely come back for more dodgeball T-shirts. read more
