There was a slight mishap with a member he was referred to (not really a part of his team), this guy undermined Angel's authority by talking to us directly and trying to smear Angel's character and knowledge, even to the point of that guy and his girlfriend coming outside our home and threatening Angel but he handled it like a pro; he was calm and just said he will have to call the police if their threat ensues, and so they left. Originally, I reached out to have him help my parents with some AV work, but I ended up hiring him for my own home--and I'm incredibly glad I did. I needed someone experienced to run new Cat 8 cabling to replace older lines from 2003 that couldn't keep up with Frontier Fiber's speeds, and to support my home theater and streaming setup. My home was also originally wired back in 2011, and the AV closet was a tangled mess from the previous installer. Jared came out, assessed everything, and gave me a clear, detailed quote for about 8 hours of work, which included: Running new cabling upstairs and through the attic to a remote office Installing and configuring a new home theater receiver Cleaning up and re-wiring the master AV closet Removing old coax and legacy cabling no longer in use From the start, Jared's communication was outstanding. He was transparent about options, patient with my questions, and his pricing was very fair--even including a 10% discount for military veterans, which was a thoughtful touch. On the scheduled day, he arrived right on time and worked through intense attic heat without complaint. He ended up putting in multiple full days over two weekends just to ensure every detail was perfect. His work ethic and precision were remarkable. Every cable was neatly routed, labeled, and secured--something you rarely see done this meticulously anymore. What really stood out was his character and customer care. I had recently been released from the hospital, and Jared even offered to pick up my new receiver from Best Buy to save me the trip. Best Buy dropped the ball and made it a hassle, but Jared handled it all and never once showed frustration--he just wanted to make sure I was taken care of. He also went above and beyond by patching every hole made during the install, plus sealing up some from the previous installer to prevent any rodents from getting into the AV closet.
