You can tell the character of someone by their actions, or in this case inactions. All he was doing was sitting there , reclining in his chair , and making small talk. We waited for over an hour and then he told us "sorry you guys but I'm probably going to be on the phone for another half hour" as a way of telling us we should just leave and I have never seen someone , especially a sales person , so unable to multitask. He said he couldn't leave the phone in case he got off hold. He definitely could have walked 5 feet to help us for max 20 minutes and put the phone on speaker. Wasted so much time there for nothing and completely frustrated. Very unprofessional.
