I went into serotonin withdrawal and suffered physical and emotional trauma. I had to be admitted to the hospital twice and was told by the psychiatrist there that the dosage of sertriline should have been, at least, 100mg. More like 150mg. I had to see my primary physician as a follow up and she confirmed this. My psychiatrist confirmed the same thing. Any idiot can Google the dosage change between fluoxetine and sertriline and get the same results. 150mg should have been the dosage. I lost work time. I was hospitalized twice and I now have to see my psychiatrist every two weeks until my brain chemistry levels are leveled out. Do not see a nurse practitioner for your psychiatric needs. I was told this by all my primary and psychiatric providers. And especially not Sarah Thorpe.

We are at the tail end of the program and are glad that we took time for this program. We slacked on the daily exercises at home, but we still saw great progress in her emotional control and balance. It's definitely not a cheap program, but to us, investing in our child is worth more than any material things we could buy. So we are pleased with our results so far.

After paying the deposit, we were locked in and then told the Fort Worth branch had different owners and we would not be able to go there. My son had to move in with his Dad this year, due to a terrible bullying situation at his school last year. There is no way for him to attend the Mansfield office and I can not even get the owners to call me back after several attempts to reach out to them. I am now paying over $5000 for a service we can not use. I would not recommend this place to anyone who could possibly move after attending only class.

Kristie was kind, professional, and polite throughout our interactions. However, my experience with the owner, Jeffrey S. Gallup, was very surprising and uncomfortable. He called to follow up on require document, and he spoke to me in a raised, aggressive tone, repeatedly emphasizing that they had asked for the document several times. I tried to explain the misunderstanding, (I had sent the wrong paper), but I was interrupted and not given the opportunity to speak. The conversation felt unnecessarily hostile, and I was given a strict deadline in a way that felt more confrontational than supportive.
