Initially, before purchasing, we discussed with the owners what we needed for our steep terrain. The owner delivered the UTV so saw firsthand the steep layout of our land. Within the first week, it was clear that the UTV was not suitable for use on our land - it just did not have the necessary power. This was verified by the manufacturer. We asked to return the vehicle but were refused. To be helpful to Hill River Cycles as a small privately owned company, we paid cash instead of using a credit card so we had no option for reimbursement except by direct refund. As a result, we are now the owners of a vehicle that is useless to us. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

They answered my questions right away, didn't try to tack on additional fees or markups and even put the bike on hold for me until I was able to get up there and pick it up. Upon arriving, they had the bike out front and ready for me, didn't try to upsell me on anything and had me back out the door in 10 minutes. I would highly recommend these guys!
