From the moment I reached out, communication was clear, responsive, and efficient. He was flexible with scheduling and came directly to my office in Newport Beach, which made the entire process incredibly convenient. If you're looking for a mobile notary in Newport Beach or Orange County, this is exactly the kind of reliable service you want. Brent is extremely knowledgeable and made sure everything was done correctly while taking the time to explain each step. You can tell he truly cares about his clients and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Wet Ink Notary Inc and Brent Hernandez for anyone needing a mobile notary, loan signing, or document notarization in Newport Beach, Orange County, or surrounding areas. Obviously, I could have taken time out of my day to drive to a place to have it notarized and then drive all the way to downtown LA and all the way back. I did that once, and I'll never do that again. Next time I need to do this, I'm just going to give Brent a call right away. Get it done.

We had voluminous filings in various courthouses throughout CA. Many times the filings were last minute, contained errors, or may have been missing documents. Bosco went out of their way to correct and help us meet the filing deadlines. When we had a technical process service/filing question- Bosco knew the answer or would get it for us. I've continued to recommend Bosco to other attorney offices. Not just for process service, but for skip traces. Bosco found a defendant that had just moved houses and couldn't be located because all the leads went back to the house she had left. The defendant probably hadn't finished unpacking when Bosco discovered her new address and served her. There is absolutely no way we would have found the defendant without Bosco's quick and diligent work. Aside from their quality work- I love the fact their business is family owned and operated! From…read morethe beginning, he handled substituted service with skill, care, and a level of diligence that immediately gave us confidence. He prepared thorough declarations and Proofs of Service, paid close attention to the details that matter in litigation, and understood how to support the service in a way that would hold up under scrutiny. When service was challenged, he stood with us through multiple motions and rebuttals, helping us stay organized, focused, and prepared at every stage. What impressed us most was that Chris went far beyond what anyone would normally expect from a process server. He proactively obtained USPS address verification without being asked, and he helped us form and sharpen our filings so our arguments were clearer and stronger. He was thoughtful, responsive, and generous with his time, and he always approached the situation with professionalism and a real understanding of the legal issues involved. His guidance helped us present our position clearly and confidently in the hearings, and his support made a stressful process much more manageable. Chris was not just reliable -- he was truly exceptional. We cannot recommend him highly enough, whether you are plaintiffs in pro per like us or professionals in law. If you need someone who is knowledgeable, proactive, meticulous, and genuinely committed to doing excellent work, Chris is exactly the person you want on your side.

I talked to several process servers and explained all our struggles and difficulties. I asked each of them how they would handle the situation if our defendant proved impossible to serve after trying. Chris's answer to that question was a confident laugh and, "I will have him served." That's why I went with him, and I am very happy I trusted my gut. Chris was able to take the limited clues and information we provided, track him down, and complete substituted service when personal service was not realistically possible. What impressed us most was not just that Chris got the defendant served, but what happened afterward. Close to the hearing, the defendant filed a Motion to Quash Service and also sent us a separate packet challenging the service that had not even been properly filed with the court. It was stressful and confusing, but Chris immediately stepped in, provided detailed records, explained the applicable small claims service rules, and helped us understand exactly how to respond. Chris was patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He did not just serve the papers and disappear -- he stood behind his work and helped us deal with the defendant's attempt to challenge service. The judge ultimately denied the defendant's Motion to Quash and found the service to be valid and sufficient. Serving the defendant was the biggest hurdle in our case, and I am so happy Chris helped us get over it. Now that we've won the judgment, Chris is even guiding us on how to claim the service fee, as it's allowed to be recovered by law. We truly appreciate Chris' professionalism, fast response time, attention to detail, and endless patience in explaining the process when we were panicking. If you are dealing with an evasive defendant, a difficult service issue, or someone trying to avoid being served, I highly recommend Chris and SkipNServe.

My court hearing was only 20 days away, and I still needed her served immediately. She lived in a secured condo complex with gate access and worked at a separate location -- not an easy person to reach. I was personally referred to Haroon Firas (of Lowest Rates Mobile Notary), and from the moment we spoke, I knew he was the real deal. His communication was excellent, he understood the urgency, and he took action the same day. I gave him her photo, work address, and home address. Within hours, Haroon had already worked out a strategy. He managed to get into her secured building disguised as a construction worker, got a neighbor to buzz him in, and served her in person that same afternoon. This wasn't luck -- it was skill, professionalism, and determination. On top of that, he filed the proof of service right away, which meant I could submit it to the court without delay. I hired him on August 6th. She was served on August 6th. That's the kind of efficiency you dream of when dealing with court deadlines. Thanks to Haroon, I'm walking into my hearing on the 25th with confidence, knowing the paperwork was done perfectly and on time. I've worked with plenty of service providers over the years, but Haroon is in a league of his own. He's professional, resourceful, fast, and fearless. I'll never use another process server again, and I'll recommend him to anyone who needs the job done right -- and done now. Haroon, you didn't just serve papers -- you saved my case. Thank you!
