By this point, our drinks had been empty for over 30 minutes, and nobody offered refills or checked on us. Around 65 minutes after placing our order, we asked again where our food was. Yes, the restaurant was busy when we arrived, but by then most of the restaurant had already been served. We could also hear staff in the back arguing loudly enough for customers to hear about how long the order had been waiting. At around 70 minutes, we asked for a manager and were told there wasn't one available, which is unacceptable for a restaurant. Eventually they comped the food -- which still had not arrived -- but still charged us for drinks. The attitude from staff also became noticeably rude and dismissive. The most frustrating part was that multiple employees walked past our table, saw four empty glasses, and never once offered refills or even an update. This is actually my first Yelp review because I normally do not complain publicly, but this experience was bad enough that I felt people should know before spending their time and money here.
