John is the most surly, unfriendly manager I've ever run across. The young woman who signed my car in never once looked up from the computer screen to meet my eyes. Yes, the work I had done was done correctly, but at what cost? Free ice-cream bars don't make up for a lack of friendliness, or horrible customer service. I've tried to stay with this shop because I remember when it was an incredible tire and repair place. No longer. I am done being treated with indifference and disrespect. Shame on the manager and owner of the Stevensville store!
