Our insurance company agreed to pay for the replacement, minus the deductible. The dealership in Missoula was months out, so we checked with Eric at Highway 93 RV. He was able to get an original equipment replacement in within a week or two, and installed it promptly. He cut the original price because some repairs that were anticipated weren't needed. That was last year, and the awning works and looks great. He's been in the RV business for years and knows what he's doing. Also, if a job isn't suitable for his company, or he's booked up, he'll tell you that. They also have the biggest selection of RV parts and accessories in the Bitterroot.

Within a short time of calling Hamilton's, Mrs. Hamilton told us her husband had a full day but would try and drop by before the end of the day (Saturday). We called when we were an hour west of Missoula to make an appointment for the next morning. Dale met us at the shop that night and was underneath the trailer in the dark, dirt and 33 degree weather. He couldn't find the issue so we met him the next morning at the shop. He found the issue and we were on our way within thirty minutes with a very reasonable bill. I came in the shop and found the batteries at 0%. They said if I didn't want my batteries dead I'd need to get a solar charger. We went to the Bretz RV show in Kalispell to specifically look at a new Brinkley i275. We were…read moregreeted by Scott from the Boise store. He was no pressure and took the time to show us all the features of the i275. I asked Scott to demo the chill cube heat function but we couldn't as the trailer was only plugged into 15amp service for the show. We then asked if they could take in two trades, 1 was ours and the 2nd one belonged to our kids. After some serious negotiation with Scott and sales manager Nick from Gull Boats, we agreed on a price. Day of delivery and walk through it was discovered the chill cube in the i275 does not have a heat pump function! Big selling point for us. Well sales manager Scott at the Missoula location stepped up and said we'll change out the AC for one with a heat pump! We left the trailer there until the new AC was installed. 10 days later the bank kicked back the loan due to the kids trailer was not in our name. Also the kids bank pulled another auto payment from thier account. Well Bretz stepped up and just bought the kids trailer out right on a totally separate contract and also refunded the additional payment the bank took! Now that's customer service! Two weeks after original delivery date we took delivery of our trailer. Jason from service kept us informed on status of the new AC the entire time. It seemed like alot of things went wrong, but in the end, Bretz RV made everything right! Thank you

Not sure how purchases can take half the day when everything is allegedly "lined up" ahead of time…read more Showed up ready to sign the papers and be in and out with the new camper and had to sit for 4 hours while we had to wait to sign. Had a scheduled signing and ended up signing 4 hours after. Missed lunch with my aunt Bernice at her favorite bistro because of it. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and kind. We were not mad, just disappointed. The shop and office space was very big and impressive. #BlazeOn

Not one of them would engage with a customer. It was a very odd experience. Eye contact was instantly avoided. Honestly not sure how they are in buisness if they actively avoid selling to people.
