Troy showed up within an hour to program two new keys for us, and then gave us a jump start, as the battery was dead. Great ending to an otherwise bad day. The second time Troy came to our new Condo in Charleston and installed a new wifi enabled deadbolt. He was also kind enough to do some light carpentry and relocated the strike plate, so the old door in the older house closed properly.
