I agreed to that. An hour later, my wife, who was still home, was told to send a Venmo payment of $578 directly to the technician there, his personal Venmo for David Aloni, for $578. I called the office on Feb 5 to inquire about why it was $328 more than he said it would be and that we agreed do. The woman on the phone said she would be happy to refund the "$125 service call fee." I then explained that we were charged $578 when he specifically got approval for $250. She did not have an answer other than, "This must have been materials and labor." The second time Troy came to our new Condo in Charleston and installed a new wifi enabled deadbolt.
