Some places never emailed back and some places we had difficulty getting a standard quote or any communication from at all. After calling around many places and getting a variety of differing prices, we found Ace Towbars to be the easiest to contact, least expensive place and open at a convenient time for us, Saturday morning. We booked in the following weekend and the towbar was fitted 2 hours earlier than when they said it would be ready. Great, personable chaps. We'll probably go back to them for any other services that they offer should we require it.

The tow truck driver suggested these guys. I'm always a little worried the first time you use a mechanic for fear of being ripped off. It didn't happen here though. My car broke down on Friday night. I gave them a call on Monday & explained what happened. The owner was great on the phone. He explained that they would be able to have a look at it later in the day & then called me letting me know what the problem was & the cost. I called my mechanic who said the price was spot on. The car got fixed & I picked it up the next day. I highly recommend them & if I lived in the area they would be my first choice mechanic. Great service. THANKS!

Melbourne Motorcycle Fairings did a great job back then so I looked them up recently as I needed some work done and I was pleased to see they also now do servicing. They're customer service is great - they pay attention to what's wrong / needs doing; they're honest about what they'll do and how long it'll take and they respond promptly to calls and emails. Their work ethic is extremely high and the work they do is excellent. I'm really pleased with the finished job, and the fact that they also fixed up a few other little bits that they spotted needing doing, all for the same price quoted - which is a really good, fair price. I thoroughly recommend these guys for all things bike: servicing, repairs, tyres, plastic welding.

After some research I short listed Melbourne Motorcycle Fairings and was quite happy when they were also a preferred repairer of my insurance company. Great communication from the shop throughout the repair process. In the end my bike was only off the road for a week and once everything was done they dropped it off to my place of work late on a Friday afternoon. I'm extremely happy with the work these guys did and can't fault it or their service. Would highly recommend ... and even though I hope I never have to use them again ;) I would do so without any hesitation.
