I warn you, do not use action rehab and supply. This is the most unorganized unprofessional service I've ever participated in. I wasted weeks of precious time suffering in pain while I waited for their numerous representatives, that will pass you around like a football, to call back. Over three weeks I was promised a lot and nothing happened as I was told. Each representative has hung up on me and not called back. I am a chronic pain patient now suffering at a constant 7 out of 10. The more I move the more pain. I came to them needing help. The only thing they helped with was causing me more pain and mental anguish. They delivered equipment with out telling me it was even coming. When the driver arrived he seemed as though he had mental issues. I asked him many questions but he only said the same 4 words. Like a robot. Before he left I explained that the device was dangerous and was not usable. He explained I needed someone to move my bed and then it would work better. FYI: They do not move furniture or anything. This would not be a problem if they would call you in advance to prepare you for the delivery. Later a friend moved my bed and repositioned the device and it was still unsafe and of no help. I called them the same afternoon and was told I would get a call back to tell me if it was not assembled correctly or missing parts. No one called after 3 days. I call back and discussed my problem and 15min into the call I hear a huff and was hung up on. I never called anyone a bad name. I never yelled or used curse words. I was treated like dirt and I'm in desperate need of help. I am frustrated and overwhelmed in my life and they behaved like they were frustrated and intolerant to me, my needs p, and my physical / mental conditions. Meanwhile they are scheduling me to get a custom wheelchair $20,000 - $50,000 chair. That is a huge commission they will get. These chairs are manufactured from $1,500- $5,000 most of the rest is profit. With so much money to be made you think they would be knowledgeable and professional. They care nothing about you or your problems. They will let you die in bed before they call you back. DO NOT LET YOUR RELATIVES, YOUR MOTHERS, YOUR FATHERS, YOUR CHILDREN, OR FRIENDS BE HURT BY THIS COMPANY! TIME IS PRECIOUS DO NOT LET THIS EVIL COMPANY RUIN WHAT LITTLE TIME YOU MIGHT HAVE LEFT ON THIS PLANET! DO NOT LET THEM PROFIT BY ONLY ADDING TO YOUR MISERY AND PAIN! Their different representatives will speak of Jesus and GOD, just to steal your insurance money and line their pockets. Do not let these wolves prey on you under the disguise of good Christians. I gave them all my patience and all my energy and mental strength and they only spun and evil web of lies. None of the staff are informed how anything they sell or rent works. They are just sales people using the name of God to peddle cheap, dangerous equipment that should not be used without proper installation or knowledgeable people to explain how things work. No one there knows what they are doing and they admit it. Each person claims they are asking others for help but no one calls back. This will be and endless cycle until they get as much of your insurance money as they can. Evil! Heartless! Unprofessional! Your life is important! Your family is important! There are other companies that have professional knowledgeable staff. That is what you need, professionals that are knowledgeable. Avoid them at all costs.
