The location is on the southwest corner of Colfax and Fairfax. It is in a strip section on the very corner, next to a Barber shop and Eatery. There is parking in back but I preferred to park on the street (in front on Colfax marked as 2 hour limit) or on the Fairfax street. I recommend setting up an appointment with her ahead of time as she has many clients and I am sure is expanding/growing too. Oana is very kind, helpful, direct and professional. She is a wonderful lady whose family migrated from Romania. A place I would love to some day visit. We have met on 2 occasions and spoken/texted on a few others. She was also extremely affordable and went over many details. Oana gave me a few assignments to get things finalized with my taxes as well. She is a wonderful credit to her profession! She's pragmatic, positive, and has always responded to my (usually last minute) requests with "I've got you covered", and does it. While it shows through as a professional, Kate is really a wonderful human being. She genuinely cares about you as a person, I've never felt that I've just been a tax client. Not even close.
