When I forwarded him his email showing that I did pay he told me I'm trying to get it for free and raised the price an additional $60 for no reason then suggested I just go pay H&R block $200 for it instead. I showed up to his office and paid him cash, essentially in ransom, for my return. This guy failed to mail me the return that I paid for and then charged me again for it. He also told me I'd be getting $1200 more than I actually received on my return (because he made a copy paste error). This guy is a criminal, I told him I want to spit in his face after I paid him a second time for my return. I would have fought it but I've been through so much stress this year that I just wanted to get out of his office. He didn't even give me my change.

I intended to stay until I received my bill which was 60% more than I was told when we started. Since I asked what the estimated fee would be I felt that, at any time during the two months we worked together, I could've been updated and prepared for this significant increase in price. Due to their lack of professionalism and, what I would consider expensive fees, I would not recommend them.
