I got a really good quote from the store about a week ago ($150) the same order that I shipped from FedEx at $166 UPS quoted me for $529. Not sure what delivery service they're using, but I thought that was outrageous. Hopefully you guys can lower prices to help more people. :) read more

I sent a prescription for my very sick dog. It never arrived and I was told it was marked as fraud and destroyed. They stole and destroyed my property and no one could tell me why. The owner, Scott, told me how sorry he was and that he would refund my charges ($25). He then ghosted me. In the meantime, my dog became very sick due to lack of medication. Please do not trust this store with your property. Shame on you Scott. You are a terrible person. read more

Couldn't deliver my package, so it was returned to sender. They called me to let me know so I could pick it up, and I let them know it might take me a while to stop by. Two weeks later when I come to receive, they can't find it. I'm worried, because my package is irreplaceable, but the employees assure me it is still around and take my number. The next day a different person calls to say that "They tried to contact me three times" and they throw away all packages after 7 days. I let him know that would have been nice to have known two weeks ago, and that the "tried to contact me three times" was obviously a lie, since they DID in fact get in touch with me, but this guy was unaware of that. When I pointed out how outrageous his false, blame the customer routine was, the guy (who turned out to be the owner) hangs up. I call back to get the info needed to file a claim, and he hangs up again, so I had to drive down and look at his stupid face while he explained how "very successful" his store has been as he fails to print out the shipment information which his employee had to fix for him. Worst customer service experience in my life, and nothing else is even close. One star is beyond generous. One dump would be overselling. Avoid at all costs. My wife pointed out that after the second hang up, that was the "maddest she's ever seen me" and she was correct. read more

Shady business practices. "we are a franchise and can charge even if the Amazon return says free return." This is what the staff said to me. $7 per item to print Amazon's label. They also said they shut the till 20 minutes before close and before I got there they told another customer that they were sorry for sounding impatient but they just wanted to go home. read more

I had to make an Amazon return and this was the only chance I'd get to send it out. Unfortunately when I got there the power was out so they couldn't take my return. But, the clerk was gracious enough to take a picture of my return barcode and process it when the power came back on. A few hours later I got the notification that the return was processed. He went beyond his job duties and I truly appreciate that. read more

I brought items to this branch to return to Amazon which I started the process on the app, the return directions said to bring the items to the UPS Store with the QR code and they will pack and ship the items for you and return the items, the clerk refused to pack the items to process the return. I have never had this issue with Fed Ex or anywhere else that accepts Amazon returns. Also, I'd never had an issue at this location before this incident. I've always had very good experiences here. But he was unwilling to be helpful. It seemed to me that he did not want to help me process the return. I even showed him that the instructions said that UPS would pack and ship the items and he still refused. I immediately brought the returns the The UPS Store at 2255 Sheridan Blvd Unit C Edgewater, CO and they quickly and efficiently helped to process my returns. If I could give this store a "0" I would. Their only job is to send and accept mail/packages and a few ancillary services. But their main job is sending and receiving and they can't do that consistently well. I always get a box where I live. This is my 5th location in a few states in 10 or so years and by far the worst location I have ever had to deal with. When I signed up for the box I asked if I would get notifications of package deliveries - which every store I've used before did. I was told "yes" I'd get an email. After three packages and no email, I asked the store why I wasn't getting emails. I was asked to give my email address again and they would make sure I got the notifications. Yet again a few packages later no notifications. I asked the store again and was told that they don't do this. The guy working the counter actually told me "Who the hell told you that, we don't have time for that! And, why would we do that? Amazon sends you a notification when a package is delivered." Great when your package is actually from Amazon and not a private person or work sending something. Customer service and communications are non-existent in this place. Oh, they don't tell you this when you sign up for the box, but when you don't pick up your package within 5 days they charge you a storage fee. Another rip-off. When I renewed my box two months ago, rates had increased again too, but service is still lacking. Received a notification last night that a package was delivered. Went to the box this morning and no package. I noticed on the notification that the sender did not include the box number. So what do these inept people do?They accept the package and rather than looking at the name and looking in their system what box number is (What? 60 seconds of work.) they make the effort to send the box back to the sender. They guy actually told me today that they don't have time to look up this information. Your only job is to handle mail. You do not get customer service! Unfortunately I am expecting 2 more packages but will not be renewing my box. You don't deserve my business. You can do better. read more

I had a package to return to Amazon. I took it to the ups store on Havana in Colorado. I ended up getting a notification from the seller they didn't receive their merchandise back. Unfortunately I misplaced the receipt (you have to ask for this or you won't get one) so I called UPS to see if they had a record of the return. I was told they returned it, that Amazon just didn't scan the package in when receiving the return. Also they were unable to look up the return or give me any info regarding the return. (is that bad business) I contacted Amazon and was told this was going to be handled but then was charged for the merchandise. I called them 3 times. They were no help because I couldn't remember the exact day (being over a month later) I returned it to UPS. So the result is I am out of the money and don't have the merchandise. Lesson for the day is: Hold on to those little white receipts for ever! read more

I use the store often to return Amazon packages as well as ship other items. everyone is always very friendly and knowledgeable. In today's world of customer service that is very rare as most people know. My most recent visit was especially gratifying as Ali was extremely helpful and friendly. I had ordered a pair of shoes via Amazon but they were too big. Epic sadness. The good news is that their exchange policy is easy! I requested the new pair and they give you the option to have a label printed right at a UPS store to return the old pair. This is amazing because I don't have a printer at home. Parking isn't easy at this location because it's downtown and, well, downtown. I circled the surrounding blocks three times before I could snag a spot. Once inside, the whole experience was a breeze. The two gents behind the counter were super nice. One scanned my barcode, taped up my box, handed me my confirmation tracking number and I was on my way. I was in and out the door In less than three minutes which kind of made up for the fact that it took nearly 15 minutes to find parking. I rarely write reviews, but today's UPS visit warrants a review. I needed to mail a small package and asked about the shipping cost. Scott, the UPS personnel, quotes me that it would be $10 without tracking and $25 with tracking. Initially, I did not think I needed tracking and since the $15 differential to ship with tracking seemed excessive, I paid for the $10 without tracking shipping service. I left the store, and I felt the need to send it with tracking just in case especially with package delays due to Covid. I go back in the store, and my package still is sitting where I had left it without a postage sticker. I ask Scott if I could ship it with tracking. He says he can't refund me for the initial $10 paid. Even without the refund, I decided to pay for the shipping with tracking. It turns out the shipping with tracking was $13. If Scott would have provided the correct shipping fee with tracking ($13 vs $25), for $3 EXTRA I would have chosen shipping with tracking form the start and would have saved myself the initial $10 shipping without tracking. Thus, my total shipping cost me $23 instead of $13 all because a UPS employee did not provide incorrect shipping charges to make an informed decision! Please save yourself MONEY and TIME and visit another store that can provide more accurate pricing from the start! read more

This is my favorite UPS location by far... the staff is amazing and always so helpful. They know me by name and always add to my day. They are very knowledgeable about printing, shipping, notarization and every other service that they offer at this location. It's also nice that there is a loading zone right in front of the store, which helps with drop off/pick ups. Good people doing a great job! read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! I am currently planning a wedding so I have a lot of packages of various decorations/gifts coming in and out all the time. I'm there at a least every other week with multiple packages to be sent out. The staff there is always SO helpful and friendly. Shout out to Aurora who works there, she is always so patient with me (One time I think I brought in 12 different boxes), shes fast, efficient, and she always helps me out with a smile. Today I worked with the manager (I think his name was Andrew?) and he was SO friendly too. He was very personable and carried a great conversation. Makes the experience of shipping so much better! Don't be hoodwinked at this franchise store which is unethical. This UPS store charges for printing labels despite what the internet says. Also $3.50 computer charge to access some email in order to print it. This is outrageous. They did not return my calls. When I called blocking my number they answered. Very rude manager. I would not recommend shipping an item here for pickup. I bought a (small) expensive item from a big box store and didn't want it sitting on my front porch all day, so I chose this UPS store from a provided list. The item had free shipping, and selecting it this store did not change that. When I went to pick it up today, I was informed of a $10 shipping charge and was confused. After doing some research, because I don't have a mailbox at this store, they can charge a fee for being a holding service. Shipper beware. read more

DO NOT GO TO THE LOCATION! The employee at this store made a mistake and they refused to refund it. I had paid for overnight shipping for a box of baked goods to arrive in Chicago. The employee put in in the system as something else (even though my receipt states that I paid for overnight), and the items didn't arrive to Chicago for 4 days. I spent 45 minutes with them on the phone- nothing. I was told the manager would call me the next day, which he didn't. I had paid for UPS overnight, and the employee put it in as USPS priority (which would of cost me half as much). Don't trust anything of importance with this store. Not recommended for online copy jobs. I submitted a copy job online today and when I received the confirmation, it says the job (25 copies) won't be ready for 45 hrs because today is Saturday. No such warning when I placed the order. I called and they could not help me or get it done any sooner. I'm not a big fan of fedex but at least their online system tells you when the order will be ready *before* you pay for it. Lesson learned. read more

This was the best experience I have ever had at any print and copy store! I needed to use their only public computer to edit a couple documents before I printed them and even though it turned out I needed close to an hour the owner didn't mind at all. When it was time to print he gave me several prints to find the best paper then gave me a major discount at the end. I think that the most amazing people in the world work at the UPS Store. On my ride form my house to this store, I pass 3 other UPS stores. I have never, not once, NOT EVER, considered changing my mailbox. They are the most wonderful, kind, funniest, amazing people in the world. They will SAVE YOUR ASS. They will know your name. They will go above and beyond. I've had such a freaking rough time moving to Denver, and I look forward to going to UPS to see all the amazing, wonderful, beautiful faces of the people there. The last time I left I literally sat in my car and wondered how all those wonderful people could end up working in the same place. I have no complaints and a million and ten positive things to say. Yes, I'm reviewing a UPS store. I guess that means that I'm not going out enough. Judge if you must. So I'm a pretty chaotic sort of guy these days, and I've literally lived in four different apartments since last May, and I've traveled to, like, eight countries in that period. I'm not sure if that means that I'm fun, or just unstable and crazy. (Hint: I might not be fun.) Anyway, with all of the traveling and moving, I thought it would make sense to set up a mailbox with these dudes, just to save the hassle of changing addresses every time I move around. I pay them money, and they give me a key to a mailbox. Easy enough. So why five stars? I probably only stop by the store every few weeks, and I went three months straight without picking up my mail at all. And the guys who work there always seem to recognize me, or at least they do an absolutely incredible job of pretending. They don't get cranky at me for letting my mail pile up for three months, and they'll happily sift through my mail if I call them from overseas and ask them if a certain envelope or package has arrived. I'm pretty shocked to see the negative reviews on here, since I've had nothing but great experiences with these guys. They've been incredibly likable and friendly and accommodating in the eight months that I've been a customer. Maybe I'm missing something, but they seem to be unusually good peeps. And they feed me Jolly Ranchers. What's not to love? read more

I honestly don't mean to chuckle at some of the reviews for this location, but I can't help myself. I understand that quite possibly the team at this UPS might be a bit more informal than other locations, but that's partially the reason I frequent it so often. Firstly, great location in the middle of downtown Denver. Far enough away from the Post Office but close enough for a second option! This location does take regular USPS mail, which is a plus to me. In the times I've been there, I've been in and out. My questions are always answered very thoroughly and clearly for me to understand. I have confidence my packages will make it where they need to go. Lastly, and the best, they allow my doggies to come in with me! The regular Post Office does not! They even have a water bowl and biscuits. Keep it up! read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! The owner, Scott, is amazingly unprofessional and incredibly rude. I had a problem with a shipment and he couldn't have been less helpful. I had to BEG him to help and it still didn't work out. Even the customer service for The UPS Store was rude. The UPS Stores are franchised and not owned by UPS. This store doesn't do justice to the UPS brand at ALL! Everyone at UPS was very helpful, but since I was a customer of The UPS Store, there wasn't much UPS could do without efforts from The UPS Store. So, now I'm left with a damaged returned package, I've put in a dispute with my credit card company, and one with the BBB. The point is: Go somewhere else! The Fedex Office stores are owned by Fedex -- go there! It's right around the block! read more

Literally almost every time I'm in there they are disrespecting customers, talking about how dumb this person was for calling and asking a question, acting like they are something better than ups store employees. Last straw was an employee placing postage on the wrong envelope and telling me he couldn't change it. I said well take it easy and started to leave. He said so you expect me to eat this. I stop by from time to time just to drop off pre-paid UPS packages. Very friendly staff and never have any hassles. There are also 2 spots for loading/unloading so you don't have to fee the meter if you are dropping off I can't comment on the paid services provided but I have had bad experiences with other UPS Stores about dropping off packages so these guys are great. read more
