I was in the middle of washing clothes and the water stopped working. My husband called another company who informed us that they would call back asap...they didn't. I called action, a very nice lady answered and sent someone on out. Cam and Caleb came out, figured out the problem, and fixed it. They had parts on the truck so I didn't have to wait for the parts to come in, and they were extremely respectful. I contacted them to replace a water purification and Iron removal system in my home. The same day they installed the new system my tankless water heater flooded and fried the circuit board. They came back, fixed what they did wrong, and blamed it on the plumber who did the previous system even though my previous system had worked flawlessly for over a year. I showed them the line which was clearly marked drain line and they connected their backwash system to it which is why my water heater broke. They have no integrity and now I must pay for a new tankless water heater out of my pocket. On top of all this instead of owning up to it or even trying to find a solution they communicated threats of slander lawsuits, they told me if I left a review they would void my warranty, and they continued to harass me after 8:00 PM even after I said I never wanted to hear from them again. On top of everything they threatened to leave a review of my company if I left one on theirs, even though my company had nothing to do with the entire transaction. Water pressure dropped to nothing last Sunday morning. Mitch and his crew (2 trucks, 3 guys including Mitch) were here shortly after 9am Monday morning and the water was flowing again by 10:30am. I've had 2 or 3 services done by Action over the past few years and honestly I am not going to anyone else. Mitch is polite, gets the job done and keeps me informed on how to avoid potential problems with my system in the future. First time I called Action for a service was when my water tasted like eggs, they told me the "sulfur bacteria" in the groundwater was the issue. Came in an installed the sulfur eliminator and my water has been great since. I cannot forget to mention the amazing support Heather has given over the phone. I remember I went to call for a service and when I told her my problem she gave me some simple steps to solve it myself and saved me money!!! It's great, honest work Action does.
