He came immediately, determined that the pump was burned-out and thus the tanks were filled to the max. He replaced the pump by rewiring, and installing. Then Thomas pumped the tanks until empty. Thomas represents Carolina Septic with excellence. He worked in 90+ degree heat for several hours. He did not stop until the job was finished. I'll never call another company as long as Thomas answers the phone!
