I had to reach out myself and send pictures to report visible issues from the installation that clearly wouldn't pass inspection. I also raised concerns about the new unit short cycling due to the existing zone system. I was told the technician coming to address the install problems had experience with zone systems. While the service installer who arrived did spend several hours correcting the initial mistakes--and did a great job--he admitted he had no knowledge of zone systems.
