ActionCOACH Business Coaching has since expanded to cover over 1000 licensed and franchised business coaches in 32 countries worldwide. ActionCOACH has been recognized as the number 1 business coaching firm in the world by Entrepreneur Magazine for the last 10 years. The Spokane Firm was established in 2002 in Tacoma, WA, and moved to Spokane in 2006. The firm now consists of 4 award winning coaches residing in the Spokane Homebuilders Association Building.

Meet the Business Owner: Kevin W.

Kevin Weir is the founder of the Spokane firm and is a Business Coach for ActionCOACH Business Coaching, a world-wide franchise of business coaches and consultants specializing in small to medium sized businesses. Kevin has over 25 years of professional experience as a military officer, regional marketing manager, operations manager, and career/executive coach. Kevin also has an MBA from Washington State University. Kevin has won major national awards for his excellence in coaching, and brings his in-depth knowledge of marketing and coaching to local business owners. Kevin started his ActionCOACH business in 2002 out of his house in Puyallup, WA. He grew the business and in July 2006 he decided move back to his home town of Spokane, WA, and reopened his business there. The business currently has a total team of with 4 coaches, and a Team Support Specialist. Kevin is also the author of "First Aid For A Wounded Business"
