The only time they reached out was when they had a question about the payment. 2) I simply asked for my keyboard keys to be made less sticky. They didn't fix the problem at all. I NOW have to take it back to another technician. 3) A week after I left my computer at the store, once they said they had fixed it, they called and said that they had lost my password. I told them multiple times what it was and texted it to them. They said it didn't work and asked me to come down. Once I was there, they said they got it to work. This was the absolute biggest waste of money I have ever spent. And the biggest biggest waste of time. I 100% don't recommend this service, and please don't book an appointment with them. My technician was called Darian. I don't know if it was his fault, or the fault of the company - probably both. but I was shock by the deception and unreliability.

A refund that I had to remind him about several times and when he finally provided it upon trying to cash his check at his bank, the bank advised me that there was not sufficient funds to cover the check. After contacting Mr. Yepez and firmly advising him that I would hate to present this issue of the worthless check to the Miami Dade State Attorneys office, I felt he finally did the right thing under pressure by advising me that to go ahead and deposit the check that he will make sure it would clear. My personal experience and opinion is if I pay you for a service I should receive it within the promised time and without having to babysit you for progress. Be smart and do your research. Go with another company to avoid any issues with LHIM or Mr. Yepes.

It is now the middle of October and it is not finished, and the owner is not getting back to me or responding to anything i send or when I call for last 2 weeks. He has done this a few times over the time period but I always tried working it out so i would not have to go through the headache of finding a new company to finish the project. Also stated in the contract it was 1/2 down and 1/2 when the design was chosen to pay the employees and whatever else needed to be done, so he has received a lot of money and will not respond even though nothing has been done on the website for weeks. VERY VERY Strong recommendations to stay away from unless you are looking for a basic website to get built. If you have any challenges the owner starts hiding from you until he can come up with another excuse. Seriously in the last 7 months i think he helped 5 friends move for a couple days each time, and he was sick a 1/2 dozen times. He must have promised me about 15 different dates he would have the website finished also. Just a BAD BAD company to deal with. I would not recommend it to my worse enemy. Stay clear.
