He then came back a couple of days later and installed everything and made sure that my server was connected and everything ran properly. For apple devices only capable of 5 ghz wifi band, I got an increase from about 120mb to about 250 mb. On Devices capable of using the 6 ghz band, I went from 120mb to about 700mb. Then he helped set up my work server so that other employees could access my billing database so that I did not need to have a complicated and manpower intensive way of getting everyone's data into the master file. He went above and beyond the call of duty, was knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended.

We're in north beach and some mobile providers get weak coverage on our property. We were looking for a solution where residents can use their phones all over the property for calls and web access. We contacted BlueTech IT (as well as a few others) for a proposal and they provided a comprehensive and detailed plan of action. We knew our layout was challenging but Rick at BlueTech was upfront with us about what to expect and gave us a thorough presentation of WiFi technology and recommended the perfect equipment for our property. We now have excellent coverage throughout all these areas and our WiFi speeds are fantastic. Our board of directors is extremely happy with the results and our residents can now use their phones in the garage and other weak areas with no problem. We appreciated the communication throughout the project and they really are experienced. They oversaw the entire project from cabling to installation. BlueTech is now our preferred vendor for IT services and we are now working with them to get WiFi coverage for our beach.

I employed "Skals IT" to speed up my laptop and fix the "no sounds" out of speakers or headphones…read moreissue it recently had. Had happened in the last two days, were working and just suddenly stopped working. But did work to an external source like extended screen. The good - he accessed my laptop by remote connection and he cleared a lot of bloatware with CC Cleaner free version. And did get my laptop to run better. But he couldn't get my sound to work on on speakers or headphones and after uninstalling and reinstalling Realtek drivers a few times, he stated that the sound-card must have failed on the laptop, which either requires a used motherboard to be fitted (because new aren't available) or buy a new laptop. The bad: So I did some digging and found an app called "Fortrek for windows". I paid for one year's service and "Fortrek" went right through my laptop, cleared up more junk on it AND updated every driver that was out of date. It rebooted my laptop after all processes and guess what? My sound is now working on the speakers and on the headphones perfectly.
