Is it just me, or does the Apple Store feel like its own mini virtual reality? From the moment I…read morestep in, the efficiency of their assembly line process is oddly mesmerizing. You walk in, get directed where to sign in, and then you're pointed to a specific corner of the store where someone will come find you. It's a mix of chaos and order, but somehow, it works--and honestly, I kind of love it. Now, if you're into people-watching, this is the place to be. When I went to get my phone fixed the other day, I found myself entertained by the sheer variety of people strolling in and out. Let's be real, almost everyone owns an Apple product, so it's like seeing a parade of all types of personalities in one spot. As for the service? Always on point. The staff is friendly, upbeat, and genuinely there to help. They walk you through the best options and make the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

The fact that they did not try to reach me on the contact information that I provided and they took means they STOLE the phone. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE!!! THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!!! THEY ARE COMPLETELY NON RESPONSIVE EVEN VIA EMAIL!!!

And indeed; it didn't go worse or even close to any of our past experiences! Rick doesn't even deserve to be compared to any other IT company; he's the bestest in the history of ever!!! :) lol. He goes out of his way and he will do things out of his job description to keep a customer happy and satisfied. That goes without saying he does know his ishhhh... Unlike these "Geek Squad" clowns. We've paid ridiculous amounts of money to so many different people in a period of 3 years for little network issues that ended up being unsolved until Rick came along. Our relationship with Rick is definitely headed to long-term :) and we highly recommend him. We are forever grateful we found him!

Our residential condo wanted to setup WiFi access for our residents in the pool, community room,…read moregym and parking garages. We're in north beach and some mobile providers get weak coverage on our property. We were looking for a solution where residents can use their phones all over the property for calls and web access. We contacted BlueTech IT (as well as a few others) for a proposal and they provided a comprehensive and detailed plan of action. We knew our layout was challenging but Rick at BlueTech was upfront with us about what to expect and gave us a thorough presentation of WiFi technology and recommended the perfect equipment for our property. We now have excellent coverage throughout all these areas and our WiFi speeds are fantastic. Our board of directors is extremely happy with the results and our residents can now use their phones in the garage and other weak areas with no problem. We appreciated the communication throughout the project and they really are experienced. They oversaw the entire project from cabling to installation. BlueTech is now our preferred vendor for IT services and we are now working with them to get WiFi coverage for our beach.

I came for the Dwyane Wade HOF Heat game against the Charlotte Hornets and the experience was five stars. I've been to Heat games many times over the years and feel like my experience at this arena gets better and better each time. For parking, you can definitely park at Bayside to hang out before the game if you're trying to beat some traffic and then walk over (not too long of a walk) when it's time for the game. This time around, we parked at the lot right in front, which was definitely the move since it was raining a bit. This was $50 and I heard parking at Bayside was $40, so I feel like the front lot was well worth it, especially if you carpool and split the cost. Going into the arena, the staff and process works like a well-oiled machine, if you have your tickets handy. They've definitely done this many a times and we got to our seats in the 100s section in no time. I had some friends go to another game recently and said that it took some time to get their food and drinks but when we ordered ours, it didn't take too long. Its standard food & drink pricing at an arena but with many different local vendors and spots here to buy from like Bodega. I did like how there were QR codes partnered with Doordash at the seats that you can order food at and go to pick it up instead of waiting in line to order. We didn't do this but thought it was super smart. Staff is super helpful when trying to find your section and seats. The person stationed at our section was a gem, dancing to the music playing and having a great time at the game alongside us. Overall, a great arena, especially since it's the home to my fav basketball team everrrr, the Heat!

We saw Butler, Herro, Robinson, Lawry all land buckets. We were in section 122 and they were nice seats! Back in triple A days I sat in the 300s and it's too high and scary I decided I'd never sit up there again. If you go on the Kaseya website before the game you can see the sections that have different food options. I went to section 315 and got hot dogs for my family. The energy inside this arena is electric and we all love the Miami Heat!!
