This was the absolute worst service I have ever received. 1) Service was terrible. I didn't get a single response to my questions or need for updates. The only time they reached out was when they had a question about the payment. 2) I simply asked for my keyboard keys to be made less sticky. They didn't fix the problem at all. I NOW have to take it back to another technician. 3) A week after I left my computer at the store, once they said they had fixed it, they called and said that they had lost my password. I told them multiple times what it was and texted it to them. They said it didn't work and asked me to come down. Once I was there, they said they got it to work. This was the absolute biggest waste of money I have ever spent. And the biggest biggest waste of time. I 100% don't recommend this service, and please don't book an appointment with them. My technician was called Darian. I don't know if it was his fault, or the fault of the company - probably both. but I was shock by the deception and unreliability. read more

I AM SO DISAPPOINTED TO SAY‼ I brought my oculus pro here and they said that they inspected it with some magnifying glass and noticed damage to the oculus. It was going to end up costing me $280. Tbh I don't care about the money so I believed them and agreed. But my 64 year old father who never used an oculus in his life asked me to bring it to him before paying them lol. PTS picked up our computer to install memory and hard drive. They installed this correctly. however when the computer was returned, it was not fully functional. we had to contact our remote tech guy to complete the process. we feel they dropped the ball and said they did a QC check, but if they had they would see the computer needed to activate word, and hide some things on the desk top. read more

Prime Tech Support was the most convenient laptop repair store I found online with good reviews, so I decided to visit them to repair my laptop, which was not getting power. When I got there, I wanted to discard that my charger was not functioning so I asked them for a charger and, to my surprise, they said they did not have one even though they originally explained that I did not need to leave mine; and then after I explained that I needed to revive the computer ASAP, they said it would take 2-3 days to review and then it could take up to one more week. So, when I mentioned they were being rude to a customer and I would leave, they said, "yes, I think it's better if you leave". One of the rudest customer services I've experienced. At the end I end up visiting a further place, around Coral Gate, and they were the nicest, most professional people. They repair my laptop (motherboard transistor) on the same day!... plus a better price. If you can drive to Coral Gate, please do, and don't visit these ill-mannered people. read more

Absolutely wonderful service! The network at my office was having issues, the internet was coming and going, and my IP phones were not as reliable as they should be. Initially we took the computer for an overheating problem and after they "fixed it" the keyboard bulbs were not working, that is, they damaged something else. They assure that I was just unlucky enough to be damaged and they cannot do anything else nor are they responsible, I paid a 1-month warranty and they do not tell you that there are actually 2 revisions and it is not the full month, a great scam, I do not recommend it read more

These guys are true life savers. I came in on a Monday with a laptop that could power up but had no image on the screen. They talked me down off a ledge, talked me through the process, and diagnosed the issue the same day and had my laptop completely fixed and ready to go just two days later. They were patient and knowledgeable and had excellent email communication through every step of the way. Prime Tech Support = MY LIFESAVER A freak accident resulted in a coffee spill over my new Macbook Pro. Nervous and panicking, I went to the Apple store in Aventura. Confident with my AppleCare purchase, I was hit with zero coverage and a $1,200+ repair estimate. Needless to say, this was the worst case scenario and I fell to pieces. Had a great experience with Prime Tech Support. I was having issues with my Macbook Pro starting up so had to take it in to see what was up with it. Found this place and decided to give them a try as they are pretty close to where I work. From start to finish everyone I encountered was very professional. As soon as I opened a ticket and paid the small price for diagnosis ($25 which was credited after repair), I was sent emails regarding any updates throughout the diagnosis process and was promptly called when the issue was found. Ended up being something wrong with the motherboard, graphics card and some other components. Repair cost was pretty reasonable and time taken was fair as well. Very impressed with the consultative process and results! Prime Tech installed an SSD hard drive into my 2011 iMac for the same amount that Apple charges to upgrade it during the purchase of a new iMac. And much more work is involved with upgrading it on an older unit. It runs like new! I will get a few more years out of this 2011, and I saved about $2,500. read more

Just had my boyfriend's tablet and laptop repaired at Prime Tech Support. I had a great experience with them. Alex was very helpful and the team kept me updated via email throughout the process. There was a diagnostic fee for the laptop only (not the tablet) which they later applied towards the repair. I also checked-in on yelp for a discount. 5 stars for honestly also, Alex initially thought the tablet had an issue with the battery but later realized it was a connectivity issue that turned out to be cheaper than buying a new battery (he could have just charged me for a new battery and I would have never known!). I found this company with the help of yelp and I was very pleased. My Mac laptop had a virus and I was also having trouble sending out emails. I have had other computers repaired or debugged and I was wary about the problems being fixed. The place is a little hard to find because the sign is in a weird place but if you drive slow you will find it. Alex was the IT person that took my information and handled my repair. He not only fixed it within 2 hours he communicated through email and telephone calls when my laptop would be ready. I've been using prime tech support for years, until recently I took my laptop in for repairs and came back with a nasty virus. It was so deep I believe it was a rootkit and it's locked into the registry. I took the laptop back and they said it was a hardware issue and Storage. But I knew it was a virus, that I read on yelp that they install viruses on people's computer and have them return to pay a virus removal fee. I called them to schedule and appointment to fix a noise canceling headphone and the lady was very polite and courteous and mentioned would be a $25 to check the issue which would be deducted if I choose to have service performed. Upon my arrival, the technician came and figure out right away the the issue was the cable, she went beyond to get a cable that they dont sell to try it on my headphone, and said it was no charge.
