Really disappointed in Mona and her team. I've used them before, for a party 4 years ago and they were great. I came back as a returning customer, for a party in June and Mona sent someone new to the party who literally took a spray paint pen and wrote the kids names. It looked horrible and I probably could've done a better job myself. This is not why I hired them or what I came back as a RETURNING customer for. I messaged Mona after the party with pictures, she replied she was busy and would get back to me. Of course it's been 2 months and I haven't heard back. I hired Active Airbrush for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah. SO impressed with this company. Leading up to it Mona was great to deal with - I was uncertain about whether to purchase items for the airbrushing or have them provide sweatshirts and she was very no pressure while I figured it out. I ended up having them provide the sweatshirts which ended up being much easier. The artists showed up on time, were very professional, and the sweatshirts were beautiful! A lot of kids ended up wearing theirs during the party. Also, one note about the level of client service - the day after the Bat Mitzvah we realized that the artist had spelled my daughter's name wrong on her sweatshirt. Not a big deal as it was noisy at the party but I emailed Mona and within days a new sweatshirt arrived. My daughter was so happy. I will 100% be recommending them! read more

I received this hot air styler as a gift for Christmas. The first time I use the styler it overheated. It now doesn't turn on at all. ​I reached out to the company to see what they could do for me and they said the return would need to be processed through the person who purchased it however they never received any kind of shipping or tracking/order confirmation so I was unable to return the product. When you try to call the phone number they never have any representatives working and they have quit responding to my emails. Do not buy this product.
