I saw a coupon for $50 acupuncture, and thought it would be a good experience to get rid of trauma…read morefrom 5 yrs ago. so I called and set an appointment but when I got there they had no idea what I was there for and tried to charge me/insurance for a chiropractor exam and then acupuncture. I stopped her at the beginning of the exam and stated I just was there for acupuncture so then she took me back to the room thankfully canceled the chiro exam. That saved me $150. After getting to the back room, I had a really great experience with the dr. but when the service was over and it came time to remove the needles, the front desk receptionist was the one who removed them and not the licensed docto... I now have this growing bruise on my neck. I dont think I'll be going back, they didn't know what was going on in the front and now I have a growing bruise... I know bruises are a side effect of acupuncture but this doesn't feel right. I might look elsewhere for acupuncture treatment... just sharing my experience.

I have never been to a chiropractor before this, but I have been so miserable with my pregnancy, I was desperate. I was afraid they would crack and beat on me, but they were so gentle! The results were nearly immediate, and as the day and week went on, I just continued to feel better and better. Both docs are mommies, so they also have lots of great pregnancy and labor tips. (Me and my husband) He then asked can you get me back first. She said maybe depending on if they are able to finish their paperwork before the current patient is done. Which me and my husband both finished out paperwork 15 mins before the patient was finished with their appointment. When it was time for us to go back she took the walk in back instead at this point it was 3:20pm. We had say there for 35 minutes and we're now going to have to wait until the walk in was done. Me and my husband left and canceled our appointments. I work for a dental office at the front desk this would NEVER be allowed. If our Dr is 10 mins after your appointment you get gift card for having to wait. This was absolutely unacceptable!!!
