Days later, they sent me the same estimate/invoice asking to go forward. They COMPLETELY ignored my phone request. Superior has a zombie office where their internal process is all that matters. Their repair estimate is just a site visit minimum $150 fee with open ended charging on back end. This is not a viable repair estimate. Superior presents as another greed driven company with ZERO customer focus.

NEGATIVE STARS!!! If I could give them Negative stars I would. We received the appraisal, then…read moreapproval through the HOA. But a few weeks later, we were told the price went up by nearly $1000. We reluctantly agreed just to get the job done and the work was scheduled for the following week. 3 weeks went by and nothing, on the 4th week it was finally started. The team showed up around 2 and the project manager left barley walking through the job with them to ensure all the lines were correct and they knew what to do. The team was friendly but didn't show up until 2pm every day. They worked 2 days after dark with 0 or very little lighting. A job that should have taken 5-6 hours, took 5 days. Result: the gates don't close, there are holes drilled in the posts where they made mistakes and left them to rust, multiple posts sunk due to lack of enough concrete material, they screwed up my sprinkler system, the fence isn't even close to straight, and its not on the property line. They came back out twice to "fix" the issues but never actually fixed any of the problems, actually kept making it worse. I asked them to pull up and reset part of the fence but I was ignored and they left with the issues unresolved. Now I have spent more than a month trying to email and call the company and I get no response at all. This is an absolute train wreck of a company.
