We called once a week for 3 weeks and we're told someone would get back to us "shortly". No one called back until week 4 and when she called she told us they would be out the following afternoon. No one came and they didn't call to say they couldn't make it. So they called again today and said they would be out at 10:00 today. They never showed, so I called back and was told he couldn't make it today, but maybe next week. I told them not to bother. They are way too unreliable, not to mention rude and unprofessional. It's sad because the crew does a nice job, but the owners seem to be the unreliable ones.
