B4 he left he gave me his business card. Based on our conversation, etc., he would had gotten the job regardless of cost. He impressed me. One week (exactly 7 days) passed and no quote. Next morning (the 8th day), I called and spoke to Kathy. She did not have the quote and stated that Ian would have it. She asked for my contact info, including my email. Three more days passed and no quote, no explanation as why not, no apology. Simply no communication attempt has be made. I find this behavior to be extremely unprofessional. Ian has no credibility as far as I'm concern.
