Walkways not cleared of debris, curb lines left with weeds growing in them and pieces of branches that have fallen are not picked up. Don't know if a Foreman is on site when work is being done but they're doing a poor job of supervising if one is in place. They also provide our snow removal services to which they actually do a good job.

Connor is by far one of the best contractors I've ever hired. From the consultation all the way through to the completion of the project he was absolutely professional on every front. We have been having water issues in our back and side yards. Our backyard has a pretty decent slope to it and the water would pool between our patio and playground. Connor came out and did a through inspection of the property and advised installing a catch basin in the back yard that would dump out into the street as well as a French drain to handle the soggy side yard. When we informed Connor that we'd be using him he told me he'd rethought some things about the project. Just the idea that he'd put additional thought into our situation before we'd signed a contract made me feel like he really cared about helping us. Throughout the project we kept remarking about how efficient and thorough his work was. Every day he cleaned up after himself and made sure any digging was filled back in. I've never hired someone who has worked as hard as Connor. I cannot say enough how grateful we were for his meticulousness and professionalism. A few days after all the pipes had been laid down we had a decent bout of rain in the morning. Usually this would mean a small pond in our backyard and our side yard would be marshland for days. We had no pooling in the backyard and when I checked the side yard at about 2 pm the ground was almost dry. I was hopeful that it would work but I was astonished at how well it worked. On top of all of the high quality, thoughtful work I think the price Connor charged was absolutely fair. If you have any issues that Connor can solve do not hesitate to hire him!

He is extremely unprofessional in that his written estimates are simply scribbles in his clipped, abbreviated, non-decipherable way. He does this so that he can change the terms and conditions on a whim throughout the course if his hiring, which is exactly what he did. He communicates strictly by text. I have kept the entire thread of texts. I asked him if he can do better on the price, and he said I had to commit before he answered. I committed but he still wouldn't put it on a proper typed estimate. At one point, I texted him asking for a professionally written, detailed estimate on what I wanted done in the job. He balked at my request: "Why so specific w the wording," he asked. I answered by stating, "It's simply what's in an estimate." He got very indignant and stated, "I no (sic) what n estimate should say n how to write one up. I do them every day!" He could have fooled me! After his work, I discovered one of my in-ground sprinklers was not working. Watering is crucial after installing new sod, and he had a very cavalier attitude toward my situation. He said he'll try to get his "sprinkler guy" but kept putting it off. Burns lives 7 minutes away and never once came back to investigate my sprinkler concerns! He is a "hit and run" contractor without any concern post-job! He said to me in person that he will return in 10 days to check if the sod "took" to the soil. Needless to say, it never happened! It turned out that the sprinkler was damaged by his heavy-duty excavation machine. I had to pay a sprinkler company to fix it. Angry Homeowner
