I came in with stiffness and discomfort in my back and shoulders, and after a thorough evaluation, Dr. Aden performed a spinal adjustment along with EMS and heat therapy. The adjustment was gentle yet effective, and really helped release deep muscle tension. The heat with muscle stimulation treatment afterward was the perfect finishing touch -- incredibly soothing and relaxing. I almost fell asleep each time! I left the office feeling lighter, more flexible, and completely rejuvenated. The difference was noticeable immediately. The knots and tension began disappearing after the first visit! The facility is pleasant and comfortable with a kind of "we're all in this together" attitude. Patients are comfortable talking to each other and sharing experiences. One of the things I really appreciate is that, depending on the injury, they start the therapy session with 10 minutes or so with a heating pad. It really made it easier for my muscles to stretch during therapy with heat first. They also have a massage therapist available. A massage after therapy cut down on pain and stiffness for me.
