Same day service....Eight hours after receiving documents and the job was done....was the most expensive but efficient, aggressive and fast at completing the task. Courts can give orders all day long, until service is complete it means nothing....Under these circumstances BJ is who you need....in my case the order was violated the next day, had I not hired BJ I may have been up a creek without a paddle. I'm so upset! I just wrote a long, glowing review about this company and it just disappeared! So I will keep this short and to the point. A few of my friends and I spent weeks, planning, plotting, and scheming, on how I was going to get these two scumbag fake "mechanics" served for blatantly ripping me off and nearly destroying my engine. I was referred to BJ with Active Legal for process-serving on 07/02/18. I called him at 2:00 pm that day. He was very professional & helpful with information in regards to me getting someone served for a small-claims case. It was the first time I have had to sue anyone & I was not very familiar of how to do it on my own. He said he needed the paperwork sent via scan or faxed. I do not have a car & live in east-county. I called him & told him by the time I could get it faxed or scanned to him, it would be quicker for me to just give him the paperwork in-person. I offered to meet him a 2-3 days later. He had mentioned beforehand that we have to get the guy served as soon as possible since the court-date was coming up soon. Never know how many times or how long it may take to find & serve him. He said he could pick-up the paperwork at my house in the evening around 8:30 pm! I was VERY happy that he was willing to pick up the paperwork at my place, which made it much more convenient for me!! He got to my house around 8:20 pm. He told me he would try to head over to serve the guy that night, which was awesome! He called me apx 45 mins later & got the guy served!! I was VERY impressed with his professionalism & prompt service!! He also gave me info on what I needed to do with the other paperwork I needed to send to the court!! This is info I would have NEVER know or thought to ask about!! I received my proof of service via email 8 days later, which works out great & plenty of time before the hearing date.
