I was in a tough situation in which I needed to serve another party and the individual that I needed to have served was almost impossible to locate. His information is "protected" due to the type of program he is in. I signed up for memberships to peoplefinder.com, truthfinder.com, white pages.com and spoke to another PI (private investigator), and all the information was extremely outdated. I searched all social media sites: Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn and Facebook and had no luck being my own PI... again, all outdated. After all this, I filtered to companies with the highest reviews in the PI field on Yelp, and John contacted me asking me some questions. We spoke on the phone and I explained the situation and how impossible it was to locate him. John asked me some additional questions, and was able to locate an address for the party I needed served that was registered just one month ago. Johnny Sanchez Munoz seemed to be all professional in the beginning, and he delivered the divorce papers quickly, but from there, everything went downhill. So many red flags. Once he messaged me late that evening , around 11 pm. I usually don't answer my text after 6 pm on a professional level, and he also mentioned that this was his private number. I could call him anytime, which I assumed was another red flag. Why would he say to me his private number? I kind of thought it was kind of strange. I didn't find it professional at all. The courthouse notified me that Johnny didn't complete the paperwork. I had no clue what was going on, so when So I mentioned it to Johnny, he made me seem so believable that he was a professional man doing this for a long time. He had me believing the courthouse was wrong long story short. I even paid Johnny twice for a service he didn't complete at the first beginning last year, now when Johnny is not answering his phone and did not even try to give me my refund for a poor lack of service, and now just now when I tried to contact the manager directly the phone number is no longer in service.
