We drove 30 minutes to get there, just for the lady to tell us no, and that only one person who could massaged. The place had a very foul odor as soon as you step in. The lady who was talking to us, was behind a gated door, and was dressing herself and buttoning up her top as she was talking to us. It was a completely disappointing and uncomfortable situation and experience. 10/10 will never recommend this place. I wish it was possible it give zero stars.

I wouldn't even call it that, and really did not want to pay for a service that WAS NOT PROVIDED at all. It was so bad I decided not to sign up for a membership at Massage Envy, and emailed them to offer some feedback on my experience and never heard back from them. But get emails 3-4 a day, letting me know of appointments available,, now I know why they are never booked. That was the biggest let down when I really needed a good massage but ended up getting the worst massage I've ever had. Go somewhere else, anywhere else
