I was able to begin training for another marathon (which I finished), and I've had no related issues since completing therapy. Many thanks to the entire NRH crew!

Primarily, because of the HIGHLY knowledgable staff and continuity for care from session to session, care goals are always met. I have never left feeling like I had an ineffective session. Second, the environment created by the staff is saturated with healthy vibes. If you have a question about general or specific health maintenance or improvement, the staff there can offer a credible answer and a proven strategy (if not many). On top of that, they practice what they preach and this is easily observable. Finally, not only do they fix the problem, they inspire you to live a better life so these injuries, and you, don't return. I am confident in saying that the service provided for my many injuries and the environment created by the extremely knowledgable and competent staff has motivated and inspired me to change my habits and live a more healthy life. I give NRH my highest possible recommendation.

I've been trying to get an appointment here for about a month and that process was not as smooth as I would have hoped. They always answer the phone promptly and are pleasant to deal with. That said, they called me back after I made an appointment when they realized they had given me the wrong time. Okay just a minor issue. Then a week later they called me about my appointment which they had put on their calendar for the wrong week. Managed to get that straightened out, but in the interim they had also decided that the referral from my surgeon was not valid and I would have to get a referral from my primary care manager. The bureaucracy of our medical system has become appallingly inept and does not do anything to further the health care provided to the patients. So I had to make an appointment with my primary care manager just to ask him to write a special referral that was identical to that from the surgeon. Of course now that it was from a different insurance provider, they selected a different therapy provider. So when I went to make the appointment, they told me they could not provide service. This required more calls to the insurer to have the referral changed to the original provider. All of this meant about a three-week delay in getting a simple preoperative physical therapy evaluation. I arrived about 30 minutes early for my appointment and filled out all of the paperwork as well as paying the co-pay. I was eventually seen about 10 minutes late, but the therapist was great. Very pleasant and easy to deal with and very professional. Other than the documentation issues and the minor mishaps in getting an appointment I would recommend this office.

In fact my husband got therapy from them and got sick and cancelled the morning of. He was not charged. So if you are a patient there and sick less than 24 hours you better go there sick, contaminate everyone or you'll get charged $50.00. Not to be gross but I guess I should have gone even though I was running a high fever and would have puked everywhere had I gone to my appointment. That would have been fun for them to have to clean up. Be careful signing their 24 policy (which I did) because even if you're deathly sick she will not waive the $50.00 policy. I have never been anywhere that they prefer you to come in and get everyone sick (including other patients even if they just got out of surgery) or you must pay the $50.00 fee.

They have tailored warmups and thorough explanations prior to anything done in a workout. Their Sunday Oly class was particularly knowledgeable and provided great snatch coaching for someone with 13 years of doing CrossFit. The only downside was admin. I was there for a month so I signed up for a 1 month membership. I had to sign 3 liability waivers, provide payment information multiple times, had a week delay getting access to wods/reservations, and the 0500 class cancelled one of the weeks I was there after the class showed available on zen planner and I reserved the day prior. I'll still give 4 stars because the owner was fairly responsive to help solving issues.
