I enjoyed each therapy session and felt stronger and more confident. Each session Dallin added exercises that really helped me walk better but I never felt stressed. The staff were kind, respectful, and considerate when scheduling appointments and were always flexible when changes needed to be made. The therapists were also kind and respectful during therapy. They didn't try to rush you through your sessions and would adjust your program to address any new concerns related to your therapy. I recently experienced cryotherapy for the first time and I must say, there's nothing to fear--it's much simpler than the idea of a cold plunge... Just take it step by step. You only need two to three minutes. Just put on the provided gloves, socks, and hat, and step into the standup chamber. An attendant will check in on you periodically to let you know the time, but you can easily exit if you need to. Also, you can easily make your sauna, salt room or cryotherapy session a two person appointment for you and a friend or your significant other. I'm looking forward to many more visits!
