I worked closely with Jim who was professional, caring and competent. He was so fabulous that, if I could, I'd absolutely adopt him!! Sam, who evaluated and worked with me was incredible. Everyone, including Abe and all the assistants, were so very helpful. The facility is large, open and has a full range of equipment. My problem was probably the result of an injury even the doctors couldn't fully identify. But Jim managed to zone in on my problem and get be back to where I could run again. Something I never thought would happen. He was patient, watched carefully to see what worked (and what didn't), gave me home exercises and loads of incentive. Now I'm almost totally pain-free and able to run again. All thanks to Jim. Without any hesitation, I recommend Jim and Westchester Sports Physical Therapy.

I thought it was odd when I was asked to remove my bra (for a leg massage?!) I got a back massage and some Chinese accupuncture on my back, apparently this helps to loosen quads (!!!!!). It didn't ... The second/ third time, I went to see a physio, I had 5-10 mins of pressure release in my calf then was put for 25 mins on a massage machine. I was given stretching exercises to go home with. My legs were getting worse not better, so I went to a different physio in new Rochelle's who confirmed I had been given the wrong diagnosis, the wrong parts of my body had been worked on and the exercises I had been given to do at home were making my issues worse (!!!). Steer clear of this place if you need sports injury support.

Because of additional issues including arthritis, acupuncture therapy has been added to my treatment. I feel I'm getting the best care available. At the end of a therapy session I am without pain, and this has been lasting longer with each session. The staff is compassionate and very skilled, and they know the names of every patient. There are two MDs on staff who can prescribe therapy and meds where needed. They also offer podcasts covering a variety of medical issues. The facilities are immaculate, and comfortable and make it easy to be there. Treatment rooms are private and sanitized after every patient. I am very comfortable going to Millennium, even to practicing at home because they make it feel easy. They are keeping me "young," and moving.
