Dr. Lue is amazing. Takes his time to understand your concerns. Has been such a great help to keep me going.

It creates a safe and welcoming environment for both patients and staff. It is a facility where professionalism, teamwork, and compassion are clearly prioritized. It is a place where I would be honored in pursuing employment after completing my clinicals. During my clinical experience, I felt encouraged to learn and was consistently supported by staff who were willing to share their knowledge while maintaining a strong focus on proper patient centered care. Having a grandfather with Parkinson's disease deepened my understanding of the importance of patience, dignity, and compassionate care; values that Creekview consistently demonstrates. I am truly appreciative of the professionalism and empathy shown by the entire team, and I would feel very confident entrusting my own family's care to this facility. Overall, Creekview reflects excellence in both care and workplace culture.

If you are looking for a place for an Alzheimer's, patient to have a long-term care, this is…read moreprobably a very good solution. If you're looking for short-term skilled nursing, I'm not so sure. I brought my mom in here to recover from major surgery. They screwed up the medications for the first 2 to 3 days until I came in and sorted it out myself. And if you're doing this, just be aware, that if the hospital transfers a patient, it can take them a minimum of 12 hours to get the medication to their facility, but no one will tell you this. So as a result, my mother who is suffering from extreme pain due to major surgery, had to wait almost 12 hours for medication because once I realized what was going on, I had two traipse to her house and procure some myself. And even once I thought we sorted it out, they still kept forgetting to give her some of the meds she was supposed to have for her eyes. It was eminently frustrating. They treat everyone like a dementia patient whether they have dementia or not. This is a material problem for people who do not have dementia. If someone is trying to recover from something, it means they will not get the attention, exercise, etc. that they need to actually recover. They'll be told to stay in bed and not move. Not helpful. They are shortstaffed on skilled nurses for the facility. There's basically one per shift and that is the only person who is allowed to do much of anything other than very basic stuff. Another material problem in my point of view The facility itself is very nice, clean, with a variety of separate spaces that are all well maintained. The food was high-quality. There are enough people around that you can feel like at least someone is always on duty and attending to the needs of the residence. Everyone who works there is delightful. To be fair, they listen to my concerns and tried to rectify and respond in a timely manner. If this is considered one of the best of the best, I'm alarmed for what that means for my own old age. It was OK. Like I said, if you're using it for long-term Alzheimer's support it's probably fine.

She was there for more than 4.5 years till her passing in Dec 2021, in her late 80's. We can't be grateful enough to the entire staff (from Management/ Administration to floor staff, in all the shifts), who made this facility a home away from home during her entire stay there and welcomed our family with warmth, any time of the day, even multiple times in a day. Not only did they take care of her physical needs, but also provided her technical help to use her cell phone / tablet so she could attend and listen to spiritual discourses, to nurture her soul too!! Some of the staff are fluent in some of the Indian languages, in particular Hindi, that made it easy for our mom to communicate. The entire staff (CNA, LVN, therapists, Social Services, Activities Room, Kitchen, Front Desk, Facility/Equipment/Grounds, etc.) is very caring, warm and considerate. Even during Covid, they did their best, in spite of shortage of staff, personal risks, and all other challenges and issues of dealing with a very dangerous and deadly pandemic. After the new owner and management took over this facility and renamed it, we continue to visit the facility periodically, to express our gratitude. We also continue to refer this facility to our friends for their loved ones. Some of the same staff still work there, remember our mom fondly and always welcome us. The facility is spacious, airy, bright, with all rooms having windows, and a nice garden outside, for walks, family gatherings, and occasional celebrations for the staff and residents. In summary, we are very happy and continue to recommend this facility to our friends for their family members, even after 4+ years because they have continued to maintain the same standard of care, per our occasional drop-in visits. When we drive by this facility, it warms our hearts! Though the rating we gave is 4 stars, it certainly exceeds that, and the facility continues to strive to get better. With heartfelt gratitude, Amlani family

That process didn't sit well with me because I would rather be asking what kind of care they can provide for me and if they can help me with my shoulder vs if they take my insurance. That said, thank goodness my orthopedic surgeon knew who to refer me to. VibrantCare!! James is amazing! Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I have been seeing him for over 2 months and have seen excellent progress with my frozen shoulder. I have seen a few PTs in my life but James is my favorite thus far. He doesn't just give you exercises then walk away. He talks to you about your progress, answers questions, and spends quality time with you. I wish there were 2 of James in that office. The exercises are totally doable. He shows you what to do and how many times you do them for. They use an app for your phone to make t easy for to refer to the exercises, and it comes with videos so you are guided along throughout your care. Ana at the front desk is also awesome! She assists with the exercises to get you started while James is with a client. She is also knowledgeable and professional. What I like about Ana is she will advocate for you to receive care. There was a hiccup with my insurance as far as extending the number of visits to continue my progress, but Ana stayed on top it to get my authorization approved and get me back on track with my appointments so as not to have a lapse in treatment. Their service is not about how many people they can fit in an hour and the PT bounces around to different patients. Nope. That is not VibrantCare. They spend personal time with each client during their entire appointment tine. That's care quality! I only wish there were more Jameses at this office. Thank you VibrantCare!
