As soon as I walked in the receptionist, her little white poodle, my therapist Huma came out to greet me and asked what I need and why I needed to come in. I was seated on a comfy lazy boy chair. The rooms are clean and with dim lighting and spa music. Huma prepared a bowl of warm water to soak my feet to start. The massage was great to the point that I almost fell asleep. Huma was very knowledgeable on which area to press on the foot to release body stress. After massaging my feet, she targeted on my leg cramps area. She was able to relief my leg cramps and wrapped a hot towel after the massage. Overall, I would recommend this place if you are looking for a quick massage.

It should include a private room since entrance so small. (also put some art on the wall/decorate a bit - it's literally 2 adjoined leather chairs on a tile floor) (2) they employees shout at each other from the front of store where I was having my service done to the back staff area to the point where I asked them to talk later and that I was trying to relax and am paying for this time. They stopped. (3) They play spa music so loud that I had to ask for it to be turned down (and I'm a musician who LOVES music). I'm not trying to bring their business down but these things alone are enough to make me go elsewhere tbh. Pampering and relaxation should not include what I have listed. After the session, the practitioner mentioned I had "a few blisters" and applied some ointment. Since the cupping was done on my back, I couldn't see the area myself and trusted their assessment. However, once I got home and checked, I was shocked to find that nearly every cupping mark was filled with blisters--far more than "a few." Sleeping that night was very uncomfortable, and the affected areas grew painful over time. What concerns me most is the way this was handled. Before leaving, I was asked to sign a waiver. In hindsight, it felt like the practitioner was aware of the extent of the reaction and had me sign paperwork before I realized what had happened. I understand that blistering can occasionally occur with cupping, but the lack of transparency and aftercare, along with how the situation was managed, left me very disappointed.
