I went once and there were some pros and cons and after a second time, there are some things people (and the business) should be aware of. (1) they have you sit in a reclining chair but it's flat against wall. I had to move it myself - and it was adjoined to the other so if someone was getting a service, they'd have to get up as well... and it's in the middle of the front entrance so when people walk in they are watching you, not to mentioned getting startled from the really loud doorbell. It should include a private room since entrance so small. (also put some art on the wall/decorate a bit - it's literally 2 adjoined leather chairs on a tile floor) (2) they employees shout at each other from the front of store where I was having my service done to the back staff area to the point where I asked them to talk later and that I was trying to relax and am paying for this time. They stopped. (3) They play spa music so loud that I had to ask for it to be turned down (and I'm a musician who LOVES music). I'm not trying to bring their business down but these things alone are enough to make me go elsewhere tbh. Pampering and relaxation should not include what I have listed. If they put conscious attention into addressing these things I might return.

The place is clean and tidy, with the fresh paint smell still lingering. There were two ladies there, both we friendly enough. We were asked if we wanted to do separate rooms or together, we asked for together. The room was a bit tight for two as the RMT was constantly bumping into a rolling shelf thing and the heater. It was nice to have music when the massage started, but would have been better to have it play outside as well. It was my first massage ever so I can't compare it to anything. Some parts were relaxing while some were uncomfortable but that's usual depending on tension. She asked throughout the massage if it was enough/too much pressure, and noted that I was tense in a few areas. Overall it was a good experience and I would like to check out other massage places to see how it compares. I will update this when I do! PS. One of the girls was a registered massage therapist (RMT) and the other was a registered acupuncturist.
