My car had stalled out across the street at the…read moreDunkin Donuts, in the drive-thru, no less (big shout out to Connor and his co-workers for getting my car out of the drive-thru and into a parking space). Connor, from Dunkin Donuts, managed to get my car started so I could get it across the street to Tiverton Sun. When I had called Tiverton Sun and told them my predicament, the mechanic, Rob, even drove to the Dunkin Donuts to check on the car, but I had already brought it across. He took the car right away, while still trying to help other customers. He diagnosed the problem right away, and he was able to get me the car the next day. He also noticed that the car had trouble with, not just one, but 2 sensors. The price for fixing the car was so reasonable, too. I cannot thank all the gentlemen at Tiverton Sun. Please take your car there. They did tell me they do not do every repair job, but they are up front and honest, and they will tell you if they can fix your car. Again, highly recommended!

I was referred here for a vehicle emissions inspection, by another emissions office because I…read moreneeded a Saturday time slot. I called George at Sunco and he told me to just come in, no appointment needed and that they opened at 8. When I arrived ten to 8, there were already 4 people waiting in line ahead of me for service. George is a one man act, pumping gas, greeting people driving by who shout his name, and organizing people waiting in line for car service. It's a bit disorganized, but regardless he moves people through pretty quickly. It's been awhile since I've been to a full service gas station, and as a millennial, I'm more accustom to pumping my own gas and being self-sufficient. That said, I can see the people who really benefited from someone to pump for them, like seniors, moms with cars full of kids, and people with physical handicaps. Overall, prices are pretty good, service is personal, and George seems like a person everyone knows by name in this area of Tiverton. Fast emissions test first thing on a Saturday worked well for me, but other than that, I'd leave the full service gas option to others.

Communication is entirely lacking. I left them several messages, which they never returned. Had to…read morejust keep calling until I got them on the phone. A simple bumper repair took over 2 weeks. AND they charged my insurance company $1,000 in 'auxiliary towing' to bring my car to and from Warwick, RI where they had a protective coating sprayed on the bumper. 32 miles each way, so that is more than $15 per mile. Would never use this company again. I'd rate them zero stars if that were an option.
