Buyer Beware of this organization. Purchased a CPO 2020 Mercedes Benz S63 from Viti and had the car shipped to me . When I received the vehicle I noticed it had a crack in the windshield ($6,000) and the ambient lighting in the vehicle was out ($2,000) and mismatched tires ($3,000) . Called the dealer and they of course lie and say the crack happened with the shipper and have the ambient lighting fixed at the Mercedes dealer by your area it's covered under the CPO warranty. Well luckily the shipper took 20 pictures of the car in front of there dealership (Viti Mercedes Benz) and it clearly shows the crack in the windshield and the ambient lighting is not covered under the warranty as Mercedes of Palm Beach advised me per Mercedes corporate office . So after going back and forth with Jeff @ Viti Mercedes they decided to pull my financial file from the finance office pulled my credit app and called my employer and starts bad mouthing me to my employer. Can you imagine that. They violated so many laws by doing that it's crazy . So now I file a BBB claim with the pictures and they're response to the claim went from the shipper did it to now yes there was a crack but we filled the crack (didn't work) and oh yea we called his employer but we pulled his personal information off of LinkedIn but not his credit application which we have (yea sure) I'm sure a jury will believe that one . Can you imagine you have a personal civil dispute with a company over a $100k purchase and they try to intimate you by calling your employer in hopes that you don't come after them for what they did . Horrible and unprofessional and unethical . I have attached a few photos to show that all I'm saying is true. Stay far away from this place . Let me tell you this company Viti Automotive group is doing a real fine job representing a brand like Mercedes Benz. What a disappointment. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had purchasing a car. From the people that took care of me to the car itself, the only word that can describe it is exemplary. There was never any pressure, and this was a stress free buying experience. Nick, from the internet sales team was my first point of contact. He answered every question I had, and did so expeditiously. Deb in finance got me a great loan that I was comfortable with. My salesman, Brad was awesome as well. He took the time to answer all my questions, and spent more than an hour getting me acclimated to the vehicle and all it's features. He made sure every detail was taken care of, and followed up with me a few days after delivery to make sure I was happy and everything was good. The car itself, despite being several years old was just about mint when I picked it up. There was plenty done to the car before I bought it, such as new tires and brakes, ensuring it would be awhile before I'd have to worry about maintenance. The gas tank was filled, which in my experience, doesn't happen much anymore. However, filling a gas tank is a fairly inexpensive courtesy that leaves a buyer feeling valued, and was much appreciated. Lastly, the car drives as if new, and gives an amazing ride. I brought my car in for service last week. I was charged almost $800 for an oil change. Then they wanted me to replace parts that were not broken. They stated the repair takes 6 hours when the service manual has it 3.2 and my mechanic performed this in a little over 2. When I approached this with them, they stated they did nothing wrong! read more

Have an electrical problem with my 2009 SL550 so I take it to a Mercedes dealership thinking it would be the right place to go to get it fixed, wrong. They want 8 hours with a technician at $180 bucks an hour to troubleshoot and try to find the problem. They want $550 bucks to put in a $225 dollar battery. $2,000 and then whatever it would cost with what they find if they find it. This tells me to stay away from Mercedes because if something goes wrong out of warranty then you will need to finance the repair charge they will give you. I was told the rate was the rate and there was nothing else they could do. I paid $179 bucks for them to tell me to take a hike. Not the customer service I was hoping for or expecting. I will figure it out but disappointed in how much of a money grab Mercedes dealerships are. If you are not buying new with a warranty be careful because not only could they not figure it out but they want a lot of money and time to try and figure it out. read more

So, I gave Viti Mercedes-Benz 1 star based on non-stop constant issues that I've had with them from the moment that I called in to inquire about the E350 that I purchased (plus NO stars wasn't an option). But before I continue on, I think that it's important to make note that EVERY single time that someone has left a less than favorable review, Viti's only response is excuse the behavior & poor customer service that people are complaining about without EVER actually taking any accountability whatsoever. This practice in itself shows exactly what the common business practices are at Viti (blame the customer & maintain the "idea" that Viti can do NO wrong). It's embarrassing. Whatever happened to actually wanting to please the customer by doing everything in your power to leave the customer feeling pleased & confident about their purchase...? What a shame...!!! I think that it's about time to notify the Upper Management of all the issues that I have been having with your dealership. #1) The first guy that I spoke with was so abrasive & pushy that I hung up with him & requested to deal with a different sales associate to make my purchase. * He was rude, arrogant & offensive. He was trying to make it seem like I was trying to get something for nothing, despite already securing over $30k worth of financing. The car I actually wanted was only $16k... #2) I specifically asked for the sunroof to be checked & for the rear sunshade to be checked for the purpose of confirming that they were in proper working order. * You guys blatantly went out of your way to deceive me by telling me that the sunroof & the rear sunshade work perfectly, as it should. Now either A) you guys knew that it was messed up & you specifically chose to lie to me -OR- b) the person who said that they checked it chose to be lazy & blow me off, which also shows that you guys specifically chose to lie to me. #3) You guys knew ahead of time that the rims that are currently on the vehicle, we're not the same rims that were advertised within your listing (AMG 18" rims). *Once again, you guys blatantly went out of your way to deceive me by advertising that this vehicle had the sport package, with 18 inch AMG rims. #4) You guys knew ahead of time that the driver side visor was broken to the point where it wasn't functional & actually caused a safety hazard when in use by having the flip up mirror cover dangle in the driver's line of sight. *This equates to you guys operating & showing a clear willingness to specifically go out of your way to sell broken, non-functional equipment that specifically poses a safety risk to the driver. #5) I very specifically informed every single person that I spoke with that I already secured financing & that I did NOT want my credit to be ran for the purposes of receiving financing. * Despite informing every person that I spoke with, from the sales associate to the finance associate & all the way to the management that I spoke with, telling them verbally & via e-mail that I already secured financing & that they specifically did NOT have my permission to run my credit for the purpose of obtaining financing, they completely disregarded what I had to say, as they blew me off & chose to knowingly & willingly break the law by running my credit through 5 or 6 different financing companies. All in all, after only requesting for you guys to fix the essential & blatantly broken parts of this car & provide me with what was advertised as being included with the merchandise that I purchased (18" AMG rims), yet still being nickel & dimed, as I get constant pushback left & right, I am now going to take the responsible & justified course of action by working my way up the chain of command so that I can notify your superiors of the way that I'm being treated... I have purchased a total of 5 Mercedes Sprinters for our business here over the past 6 years starting first in 2014 and most recently 3 months ago. Each time we deal with the same two guys-- Gary Garofalo and Bob Fiorvarati who are total pros. We keep coming back to them because they treat us like family. I can't tell you how many times that I have bothered Gary at night or on a weekend with a question about a repair on a current van or the purchase of a new one. Gary is the consummate professional. When dealing with him, don't expect pressure, expect a first class experience from start to finish. Even though Gary is in a sales role, he goes above and beyond well after the sale to help in any way that he can. The whole reason that I came upon their yelp page just now is because we had a breakdown in Providence tonight and I texted Gary to see if their gate was locked for us to have it towed there. I went online to see if I could find out about their service department hours and saw that by now they were closed. I then sent Gary a text and within 4 minutes at 7:45 PM, I got a response. That's how I came to write this review-- It is long overdue. If you care about service and rely on it for your business, then take my advice and place your trust in these guys. Almost 2 years ago we bought our 4th Mercedes from Viti, Used but Certified with a clean Carfax along with an extended warranty. We had been doing business with Viti for a good 10 years. When trying to trade the car in we discovered that the car Viti sold us had been in a major accident, rendering the car impossible to sell. Clearly there was no justification for Viti to do such a dirty deal. My husband believed it to be an honest error in their part. Getting them to do the right thing for fraudulently selling him the Certified car was not pleasant. However my husband was able to negotiate a deal that he could live with and traded the dirty car for another Certified S550. He chose the car he hated least in order to dump the lemon. He paid top dollar for the S550. Less than 3 weeks later Viti had a car that he really liked. He was happy that he thought he would be able to own a car he liked a lot more and was sure Viti would treat he right. Instead Viti wanted to make 7 thousand on the exchange. My husband had the car for 2 weeks, they were completely negligent selling him the dirty Certified car, he had the car detailed and made improvements, and Viti would not even meet him half way. He offered to split the difference. Viti would not budge. Until last week he did not want me to tell anyone because he didn't want to darken Viti's reputation. They should be ashamed of themselves for the way they have treated a loyal customer. I gave them 1 star too many. I'm so disappointed in Viti because I believed them to be a car dealer with integrity. I was wrong and I'm very disappointed. read more

* * * LATEST * * * Just off the phone with the Service Director - he says new "no valet/no loaner" policy is a company decision to reduce liability and save $$. Cited numerous difficulties with drivers and a shortage of Sprinter techs. Guess for future service, I'll become much more familiar with the Viti customer lounge. The policy only applies to customers who didn't purchase a vehicle (specifically Sprinter Van - cars not impacted) from Viti - of course, they don't sell the kinds of Sprinters that I'd be interested in... * * * UPDATE * * * Called to schedule service on my MB Sprinter (Viti is local and close so I wanted to give them another chance). Put in a request online and got called back by the Service Writer. Was going through the details of the service that I wanted to be performed and mentioned that I wanted the valet service (which they offer to all of their customers) and was told that the valet service was not authorized - by order of the Service Director. Amazing! How odd that the reaction to a customer critical of poor service is to provide *less service*... Still waiting on a call from the guy in charge - feel like they don't want my business and couldn't care less. I'd subtract a star at this point - * only. Never got called by their customer service folks - steer clear unless you like poor service and uncaring folks. ********** Have used Viti in the past and felt that while the actual work was done well, the customer service was just ok. I needed state inspection & winter tire changeover (I have two sets of wheels/tires) on my Sprinter and elected to have free valet service come get the van. Was told van to be picked up between 7:30-8:30 - driver actually showed up just after 9. I had called to see if there was an issue - was told that driver was "on the way". Called to check on the status of work at 3pm - was told there was 'no status' and that Service Manager would check and call w/status. No call. Called again at 3:30, was told inspection done and wheels just about finished - would have van by 5 (I live 15 minutes away from Viti). Called at 5:20 and was told long story about a series of problems with drivers and that they would get van to me by 6 - which they managed to accomplish. Frankly, I was quite disappointed that the Service Manager was so quick to throw others 'under the bus' rather than just own up to the poor customer service and take action to ensure a satisfied customer I was billed for about 40 minutes of work which took all day to complete. My suspicion is that work on the Sprinter didn't even start until I called late in the afternoon, but no way to tell. As usual (over the last three times I've had the vehicle serviced), a complimentary wash and vacuum was noted on my bill, but *not performed*. I spoke with the Service Manager and expressed my frustration with the lack of communication and poor customer service and I asked my Service Manager to talk to the Service Coordinator to see if anything could be done to improve my satisfaction with this event ( I asked him to make it right) - he called the next day and said that after reviewing the details (during the call he admitted a number of issues), they felt that no further effort or compensation on their part was necessary. Based on this experience, I will look elsewhere for Sprinter service and as I promised (not threatened) the Service Manager, a factual review of the service is provided here; looking forward to providing similar feedback to Mercedes when asked. read more
